Lianjie Hotel

I've been staying at this hotel for two weeks straight now, and I'm very satisfied with everything! 👍 I was pleasantly surprised during my second stay, and I'm really grateful for that. 🙏 I'll definitely be back next time! :)

I've stayed at this hotel at least eight, if not ten, times, practically every weekend. I'm a freshman in college, and a regular here since 2006. I used to think the environment, facilities, and service were all good, which is why I kept coming back. But this time, two incidents left me feeling truly wronged and angry. First, a light bulb exploded while I was lying in bed, which is a serious safety hazard. After I reported it, the hotel only apologized and arranged for repairs. They offered a room upgrade for my next stay, trying to brush me off. They usually upgrade loyal customers anyway, so using that as compensation felt like a pure formality. They also refused to refund part of the room fee, showing a complete disregard for guest safety. Second, back in March, a male front desk staff member privately saved my phone number from my check-in information and added me on WeChat. He said he wanted to be friends and had something he wanted to tell me in person. As a young woman traveling alone, this experience truly scared me, and I avoided staying here for a whole month. At the time, I didn't pursue it because I worried it might affect his job. But today, realizing how many issues this hotel has, I'm convinced there's a serious management problem, so I finally complained to the hotel. They only offered to have that staff member apologize to me personally, completely sidestepping their own management negligence. And to this day, I haven't even received a single apology. With safety hazards in their facilities and staff harassing guests privately, it's clear the hotel has huge management loopholes. It's not about the couple of hundred yuan; I'm not asking for a refund or compensation. All I wanted from start to finish was a sincere and proper handling of the situation from the hotel, but I didn't get it. After being a loyal customer for so long, this experience has been utterly disappointing. I won't be coming back. The vision and attitude of this hotel's senior management are clearly destined to keep it this way. Go ahead and bully the honest people, I guess. 😂

Excellent location, and the room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities. I slept really well. I had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the bed is super comfortable, so after a long day of traveling, I can get a good rest. The service is also thoughtful, making it my first choice for business trips. This hotel is really good, the price is reasonable, and the rooms are spotless, making for a very pleasant stay. Especially the front desk staff, their service attitude is super great! 👍

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each visit I'm impressed by its fantastic, quiet, and comfortable environment. The breakfast spread is incredibly varied, catering to all tastes. What's more, the staff are always super friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. It's such a wonderful hotel, I'll definitely be back!
