wonderful facility and walking distance to port. clean, comfortable and great service

Room 705 had a leak that fell on the bed all night and it grew and finally there was nowhere to run the bed to avoid it. I demand a refund for at least one night

I have never stayed in such a rubbish hotel. It has no advantages and a lot of disadvantages. It is definitely a lie to cheat, and here are a few more charges. The facilities are old, the sofa is peeling, and the carpet is dirty Can't close the curtains On the side of the road, all the windows are old and have no sound insulation. It's like sleeping on the road. No one does hygiene No hair dryer No breakfast Can't connect to the network Let's see what else you can think of, I guess they all stick to it.

The sauna and swimming pools part of the hotel are deactivated, they need to be removed from the advertisement. There is no cleaning included. There are no drinks for sale and no restocking of materials in the rooms. The apar**ent is spacious and has everything described, but the hotel facilities leave something to be desired. Very old elevators and reception unprepared to receive guests, I asked about the SPA options but nothing was explained.

Do not believe the photos attached to this listing!! They must be from when the hotel was new, because my room (& the hotel in general) definitely did not look like the pictures that I looked at before booking. If they were accurate, I probably wouldn't have booked here. This is definitely not what I would class as a 4* hotel (as they claim on their website). While there is a kitchenette, there's a sign above it saying it's only to be used to reheat food, not cook. The refrigerator didn't work well at all. The hot water in the shower was barely what I would call warm. None of the reception staff I dealt with over numerous days spoke English (which I wouldn't care about normally, but it's one of the claims made on the listing page). The only good thing I can come up with is it was relatively inexpensive, the bed was comfortable and it was within walking distance of a number of areas/attractions. If all you need is a bed for the night, this is your place, but if you're looking for something a little more, look elsewhere.

I usually try to find the most positive thing about a lodging but for this place...3 words. Dilapidated, Abandoned and Condemned. The pictures may have shown what it nay have look like 20 yrs ago... but aging wear & tear took its toll and the lack of maintenance nor the effor and pridet to run this establishment is appalling. Broken lights, scums on wall, broken elevator, rotting door... the list goes on. You have been warned.... luckily, we as a couple was managed to laugh it off as a Horror Hotel mishap and added memories..albiet unpleasant ones...to our gallivanting. ...deal breaker... wifi advertised is available...yes only in the lobby space.... a very weak wifi.

The food in the hotel kitchen was ugly, not ugly in bad condition, but poorly cooked, then the bed was very comfortable, luckily in the restaurant on the corner they cooked well, but bye, I was dying of hunger, because I ordered a quick and the receptionist fell asleep and didn't open the door

Excellent beds and attention from Mrs. from the reception, they explain very well how to guide you in that area, everything works with a cold bar in the room, several special elevators, many that nothing is missing in the room.

My experience was bad since they did not comply with everything that was offered to me. I called to coordinate and ensure everything agreed upon in the reservation and I found the opposite. I made the claim to the girl from the administration and she told me that she would leave the claim and that they would contact me to compensate for the error. I hope they do it

I had many problems with the accommodation and none of them were solved. The day before I called to ask if they had a garage and they told me yes, when I arrived at the accommodation they did not have a garage enabled, the room they gave me did not have a kitchen, when they were conditions for which I chose the place, the window was broken and cold. I asked to change the room and they told me they could do it the next day and when they showed me the room it was short circuited. The place lacks a lot of maintenance, the employees did not give me a solution, they consulted with the owners and they did not solve anything. The truth is that it is very expensive for what the place is. I do not recommend it

TV doesn't work, they don't provide soap, bed bugs, humidity. Paid for 7 days, left the next day.

Average hotel. Old. The website said there was a gym, but when you arrived there this service was not available. There is a bar next to the hotel that is very noisy.
