Only negative thing was in the check out the double charge me:( but the issue was salved

I loved and appreciated everything during my stay. The only issue I had was I didnt have a remote for my tv. I asked the front desk for it and they immediate brought me one. However, they do full service housekeeping on the 3rd day of the stay and decided to take back the remote....so I was left without a remote, AGAIN, on my 3rd night/4th day....other than that no complaints. Staff was great.

This is a horrible place to stay. They had lights in the bathrooms at flashed on and off all night long. The staff is extremely rude. I even thought the guy was going to try and fight me the only good person was the bartender no microwave in your room no free breakfast $17 pancake for a child with no eggs or nothing trash a place is trash

We needed to find a place to stay as we were booked at a HORRIBLE place a few miles away. I called and spoke with JOHN. He was amazing and got us right in. The Cambria was bright, beautiful, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Most importantly, the staff was fabulous. A huge feeling of gratitude!

Hotel had a speaker outside my window that played music all night. It was for their outdoor patio area but no idea why they played it all night.
House phone did not work.
Their main phone line did not work.

My sister and I stayed here for our sister retreat. We could not have had a more pleasant and wonderful stay. From the front desk staff to the kitchen and bar staff, everyone was so kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. They truly made us feel so special. This is a perfect stay for anything you want to do in the Weho/Hollywood/Beverly Hills areas. We would highly recommend the Cambria for all these reasons and more and would stay here again without hesitation. Nothing is better than staying in a new, nice and clean hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Considering the proximity to the airport and the fact that we could see the airplanes taking off from the airport, we could not hear any airport noise. The hotel is immaculate. We traveled to Burbank for a funeral and normally wouldn't stay at a hotel chain that we weren't familiar with, but we stayed here specifically because of the location.
The hotel/room was very clean, we loved all the amenities but the bluetooth in the restroom was our favorite.
We enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

The place is nice. The room we RESERVED (Accessible) wasn't available ?? The doors are very heavy and the bathroom door is a barn door so not very private. Staff is very kind. The gym is great. They don't charge now for parking but plan to and I don't think that's smart. Our room didn't have freeway noise! A sign on the front door has a typo so I'm surprised it's posted on a nice property, says

We had a 2 night stay and hotel staff dient come and replace towels or replace sheets don’t have to have sheets replaced but would like to have new towels each day
