Lovely, clean and very pleasant helpful staff. Food delicious.

Overall a good stay. Not many amenities. Breakfast is decent!

Very friendly, cheerful reception greeting when we arrived. Very professional and well organised. Room excellent, clean and homely.

All on duty staff appeared to take pride in ensuring our stay was as good as it could be. Extremely happy with the service provided. Thank you and well done to you all.

Warm welcome. Comfy bed and delicious breakfast.Would have liked a hot chocolate included on the hot drinks tray, for a bedtime cuppa! I would definitely come here again.

I dont often use corporate hotels but on this occasion i did. Pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly and the service was very good. My room was basic but more than sufficient for a one night stay. Hygiene was very good. I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and again staff were great as was the food. Would I stay here again ? Yes i would.

The staff was very nice, comfy rooms and best place to stay♥️🇬🇧 value to money.

Was describing to not get extra hour stay as am a gold member very upsetting

Great location for our visit with lovely staff who had a lot to deal with as there were 2 coach parties in the hotel and they were rather troublesome

I stayed here for a short business trip and dined in due to poor weather conditions. The hotel was good, location is fine, staff were extremely good, friendly and helpful. Food was good. The room was good although rooms facing the dual carriageway did experience a little traffic noise at night. I would stay here again when in the area - ideal for business travel.

Great service , the girl on reception (and at breakfast) was full of smiles , enthusiasm and couldn’t be any more helpful! (Chantelle I think her name was). Room was clean reception inviting and had a good lounge area where I met a colleague the following morning.

Having stayed at a couple of your hotels in the past, which satisfied my particular requirements, I was delighted that despite technology having progressed faster than my ability to deal with it, I could still cope with assistance from your staff and enjoy the experience. A convenient base for heritage sites in the area.
