I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn at location Arkadelphia, AR and I'm delighted to share my positive feedback. The service was exceptional, they provide exceptional clean room, and also the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's prime location added to the overall convenience, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The friendly and accommodating staff members truly stood out, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I highly recommend Holiday Inn in Arkadelphia, AR for its outstanding service, ideal location, and the exceptional hospitality of its staff.

Great staff. We travel every month through the Arkansas area, and found this hotel as the best overall hands down. Other hotels are loud with filthy & poorly maintained rooms. This hotel and staff maintain every aspect of our stay. Great room amenities. A cheerful smile at check-in after hours on the road. Just this morning, Paula created a flavorful breakfast for the guests that would rival any big name restaurants. Two thumbs up!

The road to get into the property is very rough, but it is a nice hotel for a very small town

Nice facility but room temp was extremely hard to regulate, too hot and had to put on air conditioning when freezing outside. Large truck stop across the street also a bit loud.

Really liked this place. Convenient to highway, nice pool, great water pressure and very nice staff. Five stars all around!

No one was ever at the front desk, then they came banging on our door at 11:30 bc my dogs were barking... bc people were being loud in other rooms.

I had to walk through several smokers outside of the front door . I do not like walking through a cloud of smoke. There should be designated smoking areas away from the front door.

Staff were very welcoming. Hotel experience exceeded my expectations.

Really the only downsize is that pets are allowed, otherwise this would be 5 stars

Best place to stay in this hotel hot breakfast clean bed, clean bathroom, clean room, easy parking, cover swimming pool safe place and lot of food lunch dinning option available within 1 miles. Excellent hotel love ❤️ it will definitely stay next time also !!!

Two night stay for a long weekend of several reunions of friends and college church

We really enjoyed our first stay with HI Express Arkadelphia. Air conditioning struggled but room was spacious and clean. Service and check-in was TOP TIER and breakfast selection was plentiful and a wide variety of items. Hotel was in a well let and safe location and parking was plentiful.

Staff was courteous. The breakfast room staff were particularly thoughtful and seemed to care about customer satisfaction. They kept the dining area very clean and well stocked. Thank you!

It was nice, bed was not the most comfortable. But it did the job as this was a quick stop to rest before the next part of our trip.
