Nice front desk

We stayed here after a cruise and it was perfect with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was thoroughly impressed with the shuttle to the airport and to local restaurants within a 3 mile radius. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Loved the shuttle driver as well, very friendly and always on time. This was an incredibly pleasant stay.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The staff here made our stay feel like home and treated us like family. I will absolutely stay here again and again. Sage and Randy went above and beyond. Sage made sure our home cooked meal was delicious and provided it with a smile and great conversation. Randy dropped us off and picked us up from local grocery stores and restaurants making our stay as seamless as possible. I travel a lot and this hotel is my favorite by far.

Enjoyed our stay there even if it was only for a few hours. The breakfast options were pretty good for our family.

I was ill when we arrived in Jacksonville two hours before normal check in time. I needed to lie down to rest, so my wife asked if we could check in early. We were not only accommodated, but provided with bottled water and juice. After one night, we had to cut our visit off, rising at 5:00 am and heading home to Virginia. And we were not charged for our unused second night. Every staff member treated us with respect and compassion

Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Smallest bathroom I have ever seen and a clogged bathtub. On a good note, staff was very attentive, maintenance came quickly to replace refrigerator not working. Well served breakfast.

The stay was decent the staff was ok they weren’t too friendly. Also I left my pandora bracelet in the bed no one ever returned it , so that means that the housekeeper’s steal .

Very close to shopping and restaurants. Clean room, comfy bed but has a tiny outdated bathroom.

Very nice and affordable, complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious with good variety, friendly staff, dinner menu was pretty good too. No complaints, would stay here again!

The stay was fine. Staff was great and friendly. Bathroom and closet was too tight. But guessing that was because the room had the couch and desk area. The internet was out all weekend. That was a little annoying. Oh Technology. Lol

Easily accessible from the highway. Nice food and drink for purchase options. The breakfast was great.

Was extremely impressed with the staff, the breakfast and especially the room. So used to mediocre hotels, that this was a pleasant experience. Hyatt will be my choice from now on!
