Nice clean hotel, good location

Great location in the center of the city, right on the water. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a great boardwalk area along the water. We had a very nice 2-room suite with view, but neither ac was working. So we slept with the windows open and listened to the music and crowds. The safe was already locked open, and we didn't bother to call down to have it fixed because English was barely spoken by the staff. Big pillows on the bed, but too big to sleep on. The breakfast buffet was not so good; we found little we wanted or enjoyed. The hotel seems to host bus tour groups, which made navigating the buffet less inviting for us. Still, it was a nice hotel for a 1-night stop before visiting Troy the next day.

This hotel was preselected by our Tour Group in going to Gallipoli Battlefields and Ancient City of Troy. The hotel has a seafront location where people can leisurely walk along the sea promenade. Around the hotel are local shops and restaurants but we didn't have time to explore them as we only stayed overnight here. The famous Trojan Horse (in the movie by Brad Pitt) can be found in the boardwalk . I like the hotel's decoration of Ancient Greeks . Our standard room is clean with small bathroom. The buffet breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast with various cheese selection along with breads, olives, eggs, array of Turkish sauces among others. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed just one night while on a two-day battlefield tour of Gallipoli. The entire decor is themed on the story of the Trojan horse. The detail stunning everywhere you look. The staff in all areas super friendly and welcoming. The location a minute from the ferry in the centre of this festive township, surrounded by a myriad of eateries and little shops. The room compact but with all the amenities, nothing missing. Free WiFi a fantastic breakfast. Keen to visit again and do the Troy tour, we didn't know it was so close. Full marks to Büyük Truva Oteli!

This was a very good hotel. If you are looking for a central location in the heart of the city and within walking distance to most main attractions, then this is an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly, the service was good and the rooms are clean but a small bathroom area. The breakfast dining area was amazing with lovely views across to the waterfront. It was a terrific place to stay. Well done.

I can say the hotel is absolutely comfortable and dining hall is so clean hygenic. Waiter/waitress are so kind; Hotel also has the replica remnants decoration of the ancient city of Troy.

I was here as part of an organized tour of Turkey. This was definitely the best hotel in the tour. Located in the centre of Chanakkale. The room was quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style and offered a wide variety of dishes — all delicious. Highly recommended!

Don’t be fooled by the photos of large rooms. We had a 6 foot bed given a waffle blanket that didn’t even cover the bed with NO sheet. When asked for one we were given a duvet that wouldn’t even cover the bed. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever had it was more like a cupboard

Nice hotel. Clean and convenient to the waterfront and restaurants. Can walk to good restaurants and naval museum. We stayed as part of a tour group and they were very helpful. Beds are pretty comfortable, but you can get a bit of noise from outside, but this didn't bother us. Worth a stay

Great location on seafront. Lovely ,clean and modern rooms .Mini bar in room ,free Wi-Fi , ample charging points ,flat screen TV , complimentary water ,comfy bed and power shower in bathroom . Breakfast a buffet - ample choices. Would recommend

Good location by the sea. Comfy room and polite reception. Buffet dinner was yummy with many salads but less can be said about the main course which was limited in choice. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Waiting staff spoke little English but we spoke no Turkish! They were helpful and polite.

This property is in an excellent location for a tour of the city center, a stone's throw from the sea/port. The rooms were not bad, quite comfortable. The food, breakfast/dinner was not at all quality. The food was quite poor in variety, with a lot of sauces and little substance

Ailecek konakladık. Oteli genel anlamıyla çok beğendik. Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren ilgi alaka başladı. Odamızda ufak bir sıkıntımız vardı sağolsun Halka ilişkilerden sorumlu Dilek Hanım oda konusunda yardımcı oldu. Dilek hanım çok tatlı ve güleryüzlüydü. Çok ilgili ve problem çözme odaklı.Gözlemede çalışan Hatice hanım harika gözlemeler yapıyor. Sabahları da kahvaltı bölümünde şahane omletler börekler yapıyor. Ne istersek yaptı çok güleryüzlüydü. Eksi tarafı restoran bölümünde çalışan gençler çok atik değiller. Mesela bir şey isteyeceğim ortada kimseyi göremediğim zamanlar oldu. Ama genel anlamda otel çok temizdi. Yemekleri güzeldi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Soğuk meze çeşitlerini hangi aşçı yapıyorsa ellerine sağlık. Mutlaka ala carte balıkta somon yemelisiniz. Sunumlar ve mezeleri harika. Hele o sıcak helvası aroması mükemmel. Havuz snack bardaki pizzalar harika. Bahçelerde bulunan portakal ağaçlarının altında şahane pozlar verebilirsiniz. Otelde aktivite çok fazla yok ama benim için sorun değildi. Belirli günlerde canlı müzik oluyor.Çocuklu aileler için kaydıraklardan kayıp eğlenmek yetiyor zaten. Otelden çok mutlu ayrıldık.

Çok memnun kaldık. Çok merkezi otoparkı var. Tertemiz odaları güler yüzlü personeli ile eşim ben ve oğlum yine gitsek yine aynı otelde kalırız. Restaurant ını denemek kısmet olmadı ama full görünüyordu. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi ve çok lezzetliydi.
