Old facilities. Breakfast is simple. Very few people stay. The boss is pretty nice.

The average reception, roommate with cockroaches, bad smell, 3 days without breakfast, a lot of noise and music at night because of the nightclubs around, windows not insulated and do not close, very long elevator, no service transport or tourism.

The hotel is easy to find, very comfortable

Such a lovely, newly refurbished, tasteful, elegant and very clean boutique hotel in Amman. This centrally located hotel, with its charm and elegance, is a winner in every way. It’s wonderful and very accommodating staff, it’s delicious food, cleanliness, airy and bright rooms, cozy bar, service, location, atmosphere, is all to be admired and enjoyed. I truly fell in love with this lovely spot in Amman and will definitely come back here again.

We spent one night before leaving for a trek to Petra. The hotel is fine. I wouldn't call the staff particularly helpful. We asked for restaurant suggestions for dinner. We weren't interested in the buffet and were directed to a street with Jordanian fast food. We eventually found a good local place by asking in a shop. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food and was fine.

It was a wonderful and beautiful experience to stay in this hotel, which contains delicious foods, places for recreation and tranquility, with good services for rooms, cleanliness, and others, under the supervision of the respected Mrs. Lina and Mr. Muhammad Nimr..

a wonderful stay I visited the hotel years ago and was amazed by the modifications. It became more modern and comfortable I'd like to thank the receptionist, Lina, for her good treatment and graciousness.

I was really surprised and impressed from the extreme renovation that took place at Liwan Hotel since my last visit to Amman. Clean comfortable rooms. Authentic lobby. Excellent service and decent food. Well done 👍

Great clean place, Great customer service

Nicely renovated and clean rooms, new bar, and great dinner with a chef that exceeded our expectation. Staff was very professional and made sure we were happy. Would stay here again. Bathroom in lobby area needs an upgrade.

Already I booked available room by the website for my myself and my friends, when i arrived to the hotel the reception employee refused to give me the room by saying ( its not available) even after i told him that its available on your website and still he refused. He weast our time coming to the hotel, taking long time on the way, at the end of the day for nothing. I'm really upset for what has happened even he didn't try to help us. He wants give us 2 rooms for 3 person so we have to pay double the price THIS IS VERY CHEAP WAY TO SALE ROOMS IN HOTEL .

The staff were fantastic, could not fault them at all. The hotel is undergoing renovations but still comfortable. Great size shower / bathroom. Beds comfortable with bar fridge to keep your drinks cool when you purchase them. The meals were lovely we ate well and if you required something else it was no problem. Drinks minus alcohol were included in our package. Has wifi and a couple of English channels. Downside, renovations and not completed to the highest standard but would definitely go back to this hotel
