Don't understand why they did not have microwave inside the room at all. But other then that the stay was ok....

This is a clean environment. The staff is friendly and respectful.

Very rubbish deposit is non-refundable

Automatic doors was not working didnt have a microwave ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on it was someone smoking and it was coming in my room it was suppose a non smoking hotel heater panel fell off needs major upgrades

I stayed several days and i got plenty of rest. My room was clean, comfortable, good climate. Like many others that stated that there was no soap. Thats true but it was a problem for me because i always traveled with my own toiletries. I had a frig, and microwave which was great since i was there more than 5days..my only issue. My AC unit rattled loud..the front wasnt attached properly. I didn't see a need to complain about it..i was able to sleep soundly.

This was a solo trip just to get away for a couple of days even though it was peaceful I believe they need to upgrade a few things in their rooms I’ve been going to this hotel for about 6 years and yet the TV is still operating on a tv with 5 basic channels amd the same tv from 09 and the picture was ashy the WiFi was wasn’t good at all so I had to watch everything on my phone and when it came to taking a bath I couldn’t because i wasn’t comfortable due to the bottom of the tub peeling. So showers only with low pressure water and not very hot other than that it was a good stay.

The phone in the room did not work. The batteries in the TV remit were corroded and did not work. There were no bathroom supplies and not even soap to wash hands. The ceiling by the elevator had peeled off paint to reveal a leak.

Stay was good. However, they definitely need a microwave in the rooms or in the breakfast area.

Receptionist gave a super hard time with check in. Very dismissive. The room could have been cleaner as well.

The rug in the room was dirty and smelling, the room wasn't properly cleaned. When I asked for cleanings like tablet soap and toiletry which weren't in the room, I was asked to walk down from 9th floor to come get it at the front desk. I couldn't stay pass 1 hour and had to look for alternate place.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was polite and check in was easy. The only problem we had was the bed making some clanky noise like it was going to fall when we sat on it.

Was disappointed in this hotel. The room was clean but the cable connection was weak as all the channel has static. There was no microwave in my room, nor was their one in the common areas so I could not heat up my food. Also, the service on my cell phone was bad in the hotel. I probably wont be staying at this hotel again.

I've have never at a hotel that doesn't supply you with at least a small amount of toiletries. I had to walk in the rain for at last a shampoo and hand soap.

Felt like a two week stay started with 8 days then added 3 more nights you might can do the math but it’s amazing how times fly when you feel good and rested now I’m back ready for the world
