Great hotel with a nice pool and fitness center

This is our go to hotel every time we go to Columbus. The staff is very pleasant breakfast is great and the rooms are always clean.

Pet friendly and People friendly. We chose the Hampton Inn partially because it was pet friendly. The staff was great and the location convenient for us. The experience was much better than the Hampton Inn in Bedford PA that we stayed in the night before. We will come back for sure!

My favorite place to stay on the southeast side of Columbus! Awesome service!

The window blinds did not work. I reported this minutes after I checked in and again when I checked out. I have yet to see a reversal on my credit card of the $50 a night fee you charged me as a security deposit. Did you charge me and did you reverse the charge?

Really enjoyed the hotel room, which was one of the suites. Very spacious and great to spread out with our 2 kids.

Very clean and tidy. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great location - situated off of the main busy road but very accessible to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would highly recommend!

Overall but not enough parking as some front parking spaces were taken up for charging electric cars causing older patrons like us to park in the back which didn’t seem as well lit. And then we had to walk to the front.

Clean, convenient. Nice size room. Comfortable bedding. Standard hotel breakfast. Pleasant staff.

At check in, Hampton Inn desk attendant informed us that their "system" was down. We waited patiently for 30 minutes while two persons attempted to resolve the situation and additional guests continued to arrive and wait (most very patiently). At some point, there was at least a partial resolution and they were able to at least get keys to individuals to be on their way. Somehow, we lost our place in the queue and were near the end of those given a room (even though we had originally been at the front of the line). After getting to our room, we discovered that internet service was unavailable (even though we were assured that there wouldn't be a problem).

We stay at Hilton’s all the time and this one was just amazing with all their little touches. The staff was so friendly

Clean and great staff. Love that they allow me to have my dog. Convenient to lots of dining and easy access to highway. Downtown Canal Winchester is wonderful

Stayed with Hampton to attend a funeral at a nearby funeral home. Very comforting to have a place to stay just a stone’s throw away. Plus, the fresh-smelling clean bedding, showers with full dispensers on the wall and nicely built sliding shower doors (no clingy, leaky shower curtains). Plenty of charging ports and outlets right where we needed them. Microwave, coffee maker and a hair dryer in the room. Good lighting, strategically placed ceiling lights and desk/table lamps, night lights and a full length mirror. We were also very happy with the free breakfast with many selections from scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy to cereal with milk, oatmeal and waffles (two waffle makers) and toppings with whipped cream, and fresh brewed coffee, of course, and tea.
