We loved everything about our stay there.
Overall, the resort amenities, staff, and activities exceeded our expectations, we absolutely loved it!
The only thing I didn't like/expect was a $15/day parking fee which wasn't communicated to us when we checked in.

We had an excellent time during our trip to Puerto Rico and we are very glad that we chose the Wyndham Palmas Del Mar. The staff was wonderful and we appreciated all of the amenities. It would be useful to have more than one trashcan in the guest rooms. Otherwise, our day was ideal. Thank you!

My interaction on a day to day was good friendly staff. Now as for the front desk staff they are not very knowledgeable. I was told that any charges would come from the $200 hold on my credit card. When I checked out I was not only charged $200 on my credit card but I was also charged an additional $256 on my credit card. Not something I was expecting. They told me call your bank and my bank stated they could not do anything and that the merchant would have to fix the issue. Whyndham informed me that they had no idea why I was charged twice! Not the response I was looking for. I will never stay here again and highly recommend for you to ask over and over these questions if you do not want to be doubled charged.

The Customer Service was awesome. However the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. The bathroom floors looked like they hadn't been moped in a couple of weeks.
