Villa Claudia Hotel Cannes Centre - Parking Reviews

My room was small but adorable with a lovely little window and a very comfortable bed. The internet works. The hotel is less expensive than most It is super clean, very peaceful and it is close to restaurants and shops. What else could one ask for?

Everything from our adorable room to the recommendations from the hosts were perfect for our stay in Cannes. I originally booked this hotel because we were looking for a quaint local hotel with parking for our girls trip. We booked a junior suite to fit all 3 of us and the room was spacious, clean and our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the outside area. Coffee and water were provided in our room. Our car felt completely safe since the hotel locked the parking lot after a certain time at night. Check in and check out were extremely easy. We did not include breakfast in our stay since we had to pick up our friend early but if I am ever back in Cannes I will look no further and immediately rebook this hotel. Thank you for a beautiful stay and for starting our trip in the perfect way!

Villa Claudia is a gorgeous property with beautiful architecture and a dreamy garden; however what is really special about this place is its owner Christophe. Him and all the staff we met are ever so friendly and will help you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The location is central and walkable.

The entire experience was terrific. Christophe was fantastic and made our stay most enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

What a great find. We had a warm and helpful welcome from Natalie. The hotel is perfectly situated, close enough to walk to the busy shopping, restaurant and beach area, but far enough to not be disturbed by the activity and noise. It has a peaceful and pretty ambience. Christophe, the owner, brought us evening drinks in the garden courtyard where we enjoyed chatting to other guests. It is essential to reserve and pay for parking. This makes it so easy. We would definite stay here again. Very comfortable stay.

Lovely, clean, quirky and well located hotel. Am I the best locations in Cannes. I was given a ground floor room with a very small window, and the room smelled a little damp. Bed was very comfy and shower was excellent. I only had a night here, but it takes a lot of boxes. I just wish I'd been given a better room.

We spent a night in Cannes and Villa Claudia was perfect. It is by a very busy road but we did not hear the traffic. The room was well equipped, clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and the personnel were very friendly and attentive. It is located just steps away from the city center.

Just a couple of 100 metres away from the centre and the Croisette Villa Claudia is a beautiful and relaxed space in this sizzling city. The villa is beautiful and well maintained & Christophe, the owner is very attentive and friendly. We stayed with our motorbikes which where safely parked in the inner yard and enjoyed our stay very much. And finally the breakfast is very good as well. I would always come back and can highly recommend this nice hotel!

I booked a 1 night stay at the hotel 3 or 4 days before my arrival, using their own website as it had the best b&b rates for a double, superior room. Upon arrival at about 3pm, we were greeted by the owner, Christophe, a charming and very welcoming host. Check in was very simple and straightforward, giving my name and confirmation of the stay with breakfast. The room key was ready for us and we were directed to our room (no.28). The room itself was up a couple of small flights of stairs (I didn't spot a lift - there may have been one). The room was air conditioned to perfection, and the bed and all towels smelt fresh and lovely. The room had a clean and modern look. Our view was overlooking the front of the hotel with palm trees and a small, but perfectly useful carpark (€15 per night). That night, we went out for a meal and were politely reminded of the door code to get back in, if returning after 10pm. Nice of Christophe to remind us. The bed that night was incredibly comfortable and being a very light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised when I woke the following morning, to have slept straight through from about 10.30pm until 8am-ish. We didn't notice any noise from any other guests. I think there were people next door, but didn't/couldn't hear them. The double glazing keeps any road noise to an absolute minimum. The breakfast was delicious. Perfect choices of ham, cheese, salami, bread, along with a fresh basket placed on our table (we had breakfast on the small terrace near the front hotel steps) with croissants and pain au choc. Jams and butter, the most splendid coffee and plenty of tea choices. As its pretty clear to see, our stay was spot on. No recommendations or suggestions for improvement. The place is perfect. It deserves its place as (at least!) 5th in Cannes on TripAdvisor. We could have happily spent a couple of weeks there. Complimentary bottle of water in the room, decent size double wardrobe, nice sized bathroom, lots of fresh clean towels... just book it, you won't regret it. On a side note, I also proposed in the little courtyard at the front of the hotel, it's the most perfect location, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes, palm trees, fruit trees... she said yes too! Small room with a view of a large boulevard, when the windows are closed you could hardly hear the noise from the street but in May it is a good month to sleep with the windows open but here it was impossible with the noise from this avenue , the staff was nice and advised us the next time to try their much larger superior rooms. Villa Claudia is like a large villa with a beautiful garden that deserves a good pruning to restore its beauty
