Not a hotel but room for rent. After many attempts ringing doorbell we finally got in. The 3 flights of stairs are steep with luggage and a spanish speaking guest asked our name and the owner left out name on a paper with key to our door and front door. I saw a business card and called her number. She spoke spanish. We texted few times and she said “we are sorry but I had no message of your arrival time, this is not a hotel with reception, I am waiting for you whenever you want I am here. I need your passports thanks”. Never saw her. Bathroom was moldy in shower and room very small. Needs repairs. Then she accused me of taking an umbrella No idea. No privacy as you hear everyone. I asked via text not to have maid come in but bed was made and that paper with our name was missing and it was under other papers. Place is a fire trap. Dirty and no one works there but she takes your credit card week prior.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Venice and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions and beautiful views of the canals. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. The location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!

Location and cleaniness was good. However we would not recommed staying here as we felt uncomfortable our entire stay. The walls are paper thin, so there is little to no privacy. Even if you try to be quiet, the doors all squeak. We never saw a staff member, how they do busines is interesting. We were accused of being nosiey coming home one night (before 10pm). Apparently there are residential tenents living downstairs. If they cannot handle guests coming and leaving at different hours, maybe don't have a hotel.

It was amazing! It is a suite, clean, comfortable! The only point is the property is a shared space and it is not clear in the description.

This is more of an air b & b rather than a hotel, that being said the rooms are a good size, with private bathrooms and shared kitchens. The location is really good and easy to find on Apple Maps. The host contacted us before hand to find out our arrival time and was waiting for us when we arrived. Please be aware that the walls are quite thin. We were woken up at 6:30am on two occasions by other guests using facilities and if you’re on the main floor, you can hear people on the top floor walking around. All in all this was a great stay.

I liked the fact it was tucked in away from crowds, but still accessible to all our activities. It was a 20 min walk to major attractions. You have to walk up stairs. It’s a shared kitchen/dining area and the rooms are close together. It wasn’t a problem for me, but my boyfriend didn’t like the closeness. We both didn’t like the bed. It was uncomfortable. We were there 2 nights. Laura was very nice. If you have a quick stay in Venice, I recommend this property.

We really liked staying here! Very convenient to the train station. Some delicious restaurants around the corner. We walked down to St Marks square and the Rialto bridge, via signage on buildings. Our sim cards did not provide great data for google maps, so finding the hotel at night was a little tricky. But thankfully they have a beautiful garden out front as a landmark.

We loved the handy location and it's also not too far from the bus/train station. We loved our room (junior suite), lots of space and everything we needed BUT the kettle in our room didn't work and the toilet seat was virtually hanging off the loo (a broken bracket). I messaged the owners on day 1 about these two items and was told they would try to sort out the issues on Monday. Nothing was ever done about this (we had chosen this room as we wanted a kettle in our room so that was disappointing). However, the room was spacious and the bathroom lovely (except for the squeaky doors). We really enjoyed the shared kitchen area and would probably stay here again.

Loved everything. Great place to stay, clean, ideal location. Has stairs that are steep which were fine for us,maybe an issue for others.

The location stated on Google maps were not accurate and we spent an hour loitering the neighbourhood. When we finally found the location, the bed and breakfast guy refused to let us in even though we have booked the place. This resulted in us having to call the hotel while standing outside the hotel, in the rain. Nevertheless, clean and cosy environment.

Avoid booking with this hotel. We were due to travel to Venice. However, COVID lockdowns & travel restrictions interrupted our plans. At which point we had to cancel our trip. La Loggia Della Luna management offered us a credit to be used within three years which we accepted in lieu of a refund as we understood that many hotels would be struggling for revenue during COVID. They will now happily communicate with us until such time that we mention that payment will be via. a credit, at which point they completely ignore all correspondence & go into hiding. They will not honour, acknowledge or even respond to any email which mentions our credit. All other hotels who offered credits during COVID have honoured these credits, except for La Loggia Della Luna. Find another hotel who won’t rip you off.
