Beautiful setting away from the main streets. Staff all excellent! Out room could use an update especially the bathroom.

The bed and pillows were great. Slept so nicely. The heater blew hot and nice. Water pressure strong and hot. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Walking around the property you see a beautiful ocean view. Felt great relaxing and listening to the ocean from our room.

We stayed in the Lilac Room which had an amazing view of the ocean! Property had some storm damage but can't wait to see it when repaired. Beautiful spot.

Beautiful setting, lovely people. Building needs a little work but rooms are lovely. We loved it here!

Easy check-in, lady was very pleasant. The grounds are very appealing and the room was quaint and cozy. Easy access to everything, if you plan at least a month in advance, you can eat at Shadowbrook restaurant. They can pick you up in a 50's taxi. I just would like to see the rug steam cleaned, kinda stinky, not a big deal though.

We always stay at Monarch Cove because it is so beautiful and quiet! It is close enough to town to walk there and eat, shop, and stroll and far enough away to be so quiet with only the sound of the ocean and birds! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable! The grounds are beautiful!

Super cute old bed and breakfast. Felt like going back in time, beautiful grounds. Only complaint is that it did not specify electric heater designed to look like a fire place vs actual fire place. That was a little disappointing. Other than that was a very nice place to go!

We had such a lovely time at Monarch Cove inn! The staff took great care of us! The only thing that we wished, was that if there had been a fire pit.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Monarch Cove Inn. The views were amazing, grounds were beautiful, delicious breakfast delivered to our room every day, close walking path to downtown and to the beach. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Great location. Has lots of potential Stayed in Carriage House. Lots of room but very dated. Old carpet, woodwork was dirty and not recently painted. Heating system either to hot or off and very cold. Drains in bathroom and kitchen don’t drain well. I really love the old character it really needs a refresh.

This quiet oasis overlooking the bay secluded from traffic and beautifully landscaped areas for enjoying the peace was a treat. I highly recommend this B & B for a retreat to soothe the soul and take in the refreshing and reflection.

Beautiful location, close to restaurants, the beach, shopping, walking...all good!
