On the afternoon of the check-in day, my brother was tripped by a protruding stone on the stone path on the side of the building leading to the Xihan Nang Museum. He fell heavily and his elbows and knees were broken and bleeding. I said that although I was responsible, it was the hotel area after all, and I wanted to talk to the management. My brother said that it was okay to bring my parents out, as long as the elderly were well, our problems were nothing, so forget it~ The next morning I went swimming, after passing the disinfection pool, I was nearsighted + the light was dim, and I stepped on the empty stairs and sprained my ankle, I immediately sat on the ground and couldn't move. The swimming pool staff came to understand the situation as soon as possible. They immediately sprayed Yunnan Baiyao and brought ice to me. After the pain subsided, they brought a bath towel to cover me and helped me to a chair. Later, the lobby manager and a female manager also came and asked if I should call 120 to go to the hospital. Because I could feel that my bones were not injured, and I was with my parents, and the noise here was too loud and affected the elderly's mood for traveling. So after the timely treatment and help from the swimming pool staff, I was able to walk on my own despite my limited mobility. At that time, the swimming pool staff also let me take away the Voltaren ointment they used and apply it at any time. When I left, I specifically went to the front desk to ask their names to express my gratitude.
