...you get what you paid for...the location of the hotel is close to other hotel brands, a gas station and fast food, so the place is quiet at least when I visited...check in was not too busy and the lobby was small...I stayed at the first floor, which I did not like it because most of the time you can hear other room doors open and close...they should fix the doors because the springs in them are strong which cause them to slam. So I would avoid the first but I booked a king bed...the room I stayed in was okay but I did not like the bathroom...the fan was too loud when you turn the lights on...breakfast was okay nothing fancy I just did not like how some of the guess did not know how to manage their own kids...they keep touching the food and the only waffle machine.

When I got there, the front desk attendant told me that the room that I booked they didn’t have those types of rooms in their hotel. So I had to take two double twin bed rooms. Which was fine. Breakfast not great, only muffins, yogurts, and cheese & egg biscuits. They were short staffed so housingkeeping was not great. When I went both I found beer bottles and dirty towels behind things. When I checked out I told them that all that that we help tidy up things. Hotel was ok. Beds was comfortable. Great customer service and hope they find help soon.

Don't stay at this hotel. The noise from the air conditioner in the room makes you feel like you are staying at a construction site. You will definitely not be able to sleep all night. The air from the air conditioner is very dirty. When you enter the room, you will start to have a stuffy nose and cough.

Overall, everything is good. The front desk service is very good and enthusiastic. The shuttle bus is supposed to run every half an hour, but it is very flexible here. As long as you need it, they can rush you. Not only can they take you to the airport, but they can also take you to the airport car rental company. It really feels warm and worry-free. Must like it 👍🏻

I didn’t like the fact how I had prepaid for the room yet I still have to pay a $100 deposit fee which was not mentioned on this app when I booked the room. Then I couldn’t get my deposit back until they checked the room first. So unfortunately I will not be back to that location again.

Average stay. No major issues. However, the elevator was not in service during my stay so it was pretty inconvenient having to use the stairs with all my luggage, as well as every time I left my room. Also, the AC/heat unit was very loud. It sounded like a bulldozer. I couldn't even hear the TV when it was on. I get cold easily so I decided to just grab some extra blankets because I couldn't sleep when it was on. But, the place was clean and that's always the most important thing to me. I had to mention the elevator though because that was a first for me. I'm sure every guest wasn't physically able to go up and down the stairs. I was on the 2nd floor, so it wasn't too bad. But I felt bad for anyone whose room was beyond that.

It’s clean and cheap so that’s the good news and the only thing that matters to most. They’re trying but the property is just dated. They need to fully overhaul the place. The elevator wasn’t working for more than a week. The front desk person said that the elevator is so old they were having a hard time finding replacement parts!

The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced. It’s extremely noisy. The the heating in sounds like it’s got a water leak. It’s got a dripping noise. It also is extremely loud. The mattresses are terrible. They need to be replaced.

Total mess in checking in. Front desk person was clueless. There was a line of 4 when I got there. Took me 45 minutes to get checked in. By then the line was in double digits. And.....they gave me a room/key that was already occupied. So there was that uncomfortable moment of opening the door to be greeted by a 1/2 dressed person. Tack on the inane $100 "security deposit" that Quality Inns are holding on to for five days. I'm just done with Quality Inns.
