Hotel Residence - Parco Mare Monte

I stayed in this hotel-residence for 15 days for a working holiday together with my girlfriend. The property is located in the upper part of Casamicciola a few minutes by car from the port of Casamicciola and 10 minutes from Ischia Porto. It is located in a quiet area, but with a breathtaking view. I fell in love with this place not only for the unforgettable sunsets from the balcony of my studio apartment, but above all for the homely atmosphere you breathe: the owner and his family are uniquely kind and welcoming, always available for every request. The studio apartment for two people was very spacious, equipped with all accessories (including air conditioning) and comfortable. The structure offers all customers a partially covered swimming pool, sauna, hydromassage tub as well as a terrace with solarium and showers. Furthermore, parking inside the structure is free (car or scooter are particularly recommended to reach it even if the bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance). The restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner, is family-run, the meals are plentiful, very good and at a negligible cost. The value for money of this structure is more unique than rare for the island of Ischia. I will certainly be back with pleasure to spend another relaxing week in this charming place, run by fantastic people. Thanks for everything.

Dirty bathroom, residue in the shower, stained bedding, damp sheets. Monosyllabic owner who voluntarily didn't allow us a second cup of coffee for breakfast. Breakfast very dry and monotonous, without fresh products. Way to the bus stop steep and difficult and with a lot of rubbish. Driveway steep at the front and back, sometimes narrow. Everything outdated and loveless. Shower at the pool broken or limited usable. Value for money doesn't match.

Molto accogliente, personale disponibile.e pieno di premura,e disponibile in qualsiasi esigenza e in qualsiasi momento,,piscina termale molto bella e vista da mozzafiato, é il terzo anno che siamo ospiti del residence e ci ritorneremo

Bellissima struttura dotata di piscina e vasca idromassaggio entrambe con acqua termale, bagno turco e un piacevole parco. Ha anche una bella halle soggiorno, ristorante vista mare e una bella terrazza d'accoglienza. La vista è magnifica domina tutta la baia. Il nostro host Nicola è gentilissimo: ci ha dato una bella stanza molto grande con un'ampia terrazza vista mare ed ha accettato il nostro cane Enea ( ....di 50 chili). Abbiamo pagato pochissimo, € 55 la stanza con la prima colazione. La stanza e gli ambienti sono pulitissimi ( e lo dice una ******a dell'igiene). Se fosse data una rinfrescata e installata l'aria condizionata, sarebbe perfetta.

Per il secondo anno siamo stati al Parco Mare e monti del signor Nicola. ci siamo trovati benissimo, Nicola è una persona gentilissima che si mette a disposizione su qualsiasi cosa anche non inerente al soggiorno in albergo. Le camere sono comode con una vista spettacolare. Carina anche la piscina termale esterna e interna.
