We always stay at this hotel on our trips to Montana. The staff is let’s very friendly and the rooms are spacious.

We had a late check in, but the front desk staff was great! Comfy beds, great shower. Everything you could ask for after a long day on the road.

They charge you more than they say there going to charge got ripped off a hundred dollars for a stain on the carpet that was there and for bedding that they haven't washed yet but claimed it was stained

They had the whole weekend messed up. We had two separate reservations for Friday and Saturday nights. When we checked in the desk clerk said it would be ok to stay in the room even though it was a separate reservation. Saturday morning they called and wanted to know why our stuff was still in room. I then explained what the clerk had told me the night before. She said that was not right and to stop hy the desk when we got back into town. We paid for Friday night with credit card and told them Saturday was paid already through *******. Guess what they charged us again for Saturday night. They are working on correcting it but boy what a mess!! The rooms are showing their age with what looks like mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. We have stayed here at least 10 times and have not had problems before. The hot tub was broken duting our stay too. No breakfast which is disappointing. This hotel could be so nice!

Safe was broken. Wind whistled all night thru windows. And heater worked incorrectly.

Easy access off interest, good dining close by, good parking, clean room, good bed, great staff, good rate. Excellent say.

The girl at front desk was beyond helpful and the room was one of the quietest ive ever stayed in.

There was an odd smell to the room. Smelled like . It smaled like citronella and kerosene. Sleept with win d ow open You get what you pay from

The person who checked us in was great. The beds and pillows were comfy. However, having lived in Wyoming for nearly 13 years, I should have thought to get a different room when I saw we were on the windward side of the building. The infamous wind screamed through the poorly secured window all night even shaking the balcony door at times. Obviously, the hotel can do nothing about the wind blowing but the room definitely needs upgraded windows. So if you think of it, as for a room that isnt at the front of the building!

The heater was broken so our room was freezing. The tv didn’t work. There was an odor that smelled like a cheap air freshener. It was so offensive and I think it was coming in through the vent. It burned our nose and throat. The wind was so bad and our window wouldn’t seal, so it kept us up all night long. Will never stay here again.

I was sad to hear the hit tub wasnt working. But the front desk lady was so nice.

I stayed for 6 nights straight. The room itself was great. The door kept giving us issues. Noticed it on the 2nd day as I left the building and returned. After a little bit we were able to open the door. They were going to figure out. Stayed in the room until day 4. I left and when I returned, same issue with the door. It had not been taken care of. The staff working this shift handled it very well. I was exhausted as I have been doing this study for epilepsy. And had my baby, plus carrying around a big heavy black duty box. On the last day, I left to go to the clinic right away. And noticed that the door was still not fixed so I took the expensive things to the car with me so I could leave the door open. I returned. Around 9 the staff was working on getting the door fixed. Bad timing, since might as well wait another couple of hours and do this when I left.

I loved my stay here. The property was clean, well-maintained, conveniently located, and just really nice. The staff were really pleasant as well. I’ll stay there again.

There was a wasps nest outside the patio door. There were several live wasps in the room. There used to be board and card games you could borrow from the front desk, but not anymore.
