The location of the apartment was ideal for getting around Catania. Situated in a lovely square with great little cafe seconds away. Interesting old building and apartment had, very effective, air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area. The bedding was clean and crisp and towels fresh. Overall things could have generally been cleaner, we wiped down tops of bedside cabinets, table etc but I’d say the apartment was reasonably priced and we’d be happy to stay there again. A taxi from the airport was approximately €35.

The room was definitely much smaller than the advertised size as was the bed. It was very clean but the directions to get in were a bit unclear. That said, it was very conveniently located and we could park for free right next door…it was clean and we could communicate with the owner via WhatsApp.

Room type is satisfactory .... I'm sorry to leave a negative review but at our arrival we found a parking (which was told us reserved) but consisting of an irregular stop on the foot. Breakfast, which was to be served in room... let's stay! We had to go down to the convenient bar because they have not even a phone or a form to fill in for breakfast management! .. I'm sorry, but the structure (although new and with decently furnished rooms) is not well managed! That then ... soon did not even leave us the remote control of the air conditioning system if not required! I'm sure we didn't communicate bedrooms to the owner only because they were three in the night and it seemed bad to us! ...but to shame it was only him! Moreover, when he called at 8 a.m. to ask for breakfast he did not even answer the phone and he was heard only after about 30 minutes when we had already resolved from us!

The building has surprised me very much, it is located in a famous historic palace of Catania, the former Headquarters' home, which has been completely restructured, and is luxurious, modern and comfortable. The suite with 4 balconies where I stayed, along with all the comforts, had a beautiful view on the Dante Square and the San Nicolo's church, the largest of Sicilia, attached to the Benedictines Monastery. Unfair cleaning and super central location!! I would return!!

Fantastic hotel , in the artistically most important place in Catania: Plaza Dante. We had a superb exclusive suite with 2 balconies overlooking the Benedectine Monastery and San Nicolo' L Arena Church, the largest church in Sicily. Clean and cosy hotel. Very nice stuff speaking 4 languages. You are in the city center and everithing is nearby. I highly recommand to stay here!
