The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.

I booked for a stay on that same day since I want to have a short escape away from home. I searched for a budget friendly short stay and I was amazed I ended up to this cozy place. It was a late check in after work but the receptionist was entertaining and welcoming. I booked a shared room of 4 beds and i find it ok though the space was a bit of a challenge but the facilities were complete and provided. With the amount, i was surprised that there was a breakfast included. This place was truly a great find.

We walked in and asked if they had a room available for the night. The reception personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist asked us to check the rooms available and we had a choice of Suite rooms, deluxe room or superior rooms. My wife chose the superior room. We paid for the accommodations and headed to the room. The room was really big with numerous windows on the 4th floor. The room was clean and had a king sized bed. The furniture is fine but some attention should be placed on the condition of the table. As I placed my elbow on the edge of the table it fell over due to a weak base and not properly attached. We didn’t use the table. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was really excellent. It was better than most places we have stayed. We invited some relatives over during the afternoon. We decided to have dinner in the hotel. Although the menu was not extensive it has enough for the average group. I ordered the pork steak with fries. Others ordered fried chicken and pork belly with rice. My wife just ordered a green salad with Thousand Island dressing. Although the meal took a while it was all placed on the table together. All orders were very tasty and well prepared. We would definitely eat here again. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing a quiet place to stay.

Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. Good value for money.

A great hotel at a most reasonable price. Close to many attractions as well as easy to get to ferry piers and north and south bus stations. Enjoyed our stay there and staff are most courteous.

my friends and i had errands in cebu city and we needed to stay overnigt. i already had email interaction with the admin saying that there are 3 of us and we want win beds and an extra bed. When we checked in, they strongly suggested 2 bunk beds and i said NO to that. when i said NO, the receptionist looked irritated. She was impolite in conversation and i had to say ”good afternoon” first. She does not smile and rolls her eyes which i do not really like. anyway, the rest of the staff were really nice and accommodating. The housekeeping guys were kind and quick to help us with what we need and the lady in the kitchen wad nice. it still was a good experience. i just wish that receptionist will find ways to look at life a positive way and find joy so she can spread joy as well.

From the moment we stepped into Bai Hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The modern yet inviting atmosphere instantly put us at ease. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from their prompt service to their helpful recommendations for exploring Cebu. The variety of dining options exceeded our expectations, and each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, our experience at Bai Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

Moreover, the value for money was notable. It's rare to find a place that offers such a well-rounded experience without breaking the bank. In conclusion, our time at Solea Mactan was nothing short of incredible. Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel
