One Central Hotel & Suites Reviews

Great hotel to stay near the city. All city attractions are near and cleanliness is amazing. However they dont accommodate early checkin requests. I had a 3 year old and requested for early checking but they made me wait and wait until finally we mentioned we can pay extra and then they gave us the room at 12 noon (2hrs before standard time) and charged us 1000peso. Very strange however the hotel is at prime location. Swimming pool is very small, we never used it.

The place was so convenient and was a family friendly approach and we loved booking with one central hotel this would be our 4th stay in this hotel very much satisfied and first of all the towel was not cheap it was soft and that tells me they took care of the supply very well. I hate to go to hotels that are nice and the supplies are so cheap especially towels it’s like sand paper not soft at all

Perfect place for staycation with the family.

The establishment is in the bustling center. Near to malls and tourist spots. Breakfast buffet was superb.

Nice hotel with friendly and polite stuff that try their best to make your stay comfort and enjoyable. The room was ok, not that big but it had all the necessary stuff inside. It was a bit noisy to sleep there as the road is nearby. Breakfast was delicious and the canteen is full of sunlight. The pool on the roof top is a nice bonus.

We were allowed to checked-in early. Friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Accesible location though not so safe. Aircon not so cold and also dripping, slow pressure of water supply from shower and faucets.

Pros: water pressure was good and the service staff is quite friendly. They may not go the extra mile for you but they will do just enough as asked. It is walkable distance from the tourist attractions (churches) and malls. Cons: Walls are not sound proof. Breakfast spread is very limited. Aircon system is very noisy. Overall it’s ok for 3stars.

Convenient location and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is so nice

I gave it a 3 for both service and amenities because of the following reasons: 1. Just have 2 lifts and they accept seminars and functions imagine the traffic using the lift. 2. Choice of food for breakfast is rather nice but also just so-so. Imagine being served with Pork Afritada at 6am. 3. It is our 3rd hotel in Cebu within this week, and I can say that this hotel is not a value for money in terms of the room. I got a better one nearby Ayala for a much cheaper price. Early check in comes with a price, late check out as well. It is understandable though. Everyone seems friendly and approachable especially the lobby guard, cleaners, and the food servers.

When I was staying there, one of the elevators was out of service, so it took me 15 minutes or more to go up or down to the reception (9/f) or my room. The elevator was small, so it was a painful experience. Other than that, the hotel was in a good location, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was a bit small, and the water did not look clean, so I wouldn't recommend swimming there. However, the view from my hotel room was nice, and I enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset there. Overall, I will give it an 8.

A value for Money. It is very convenient and easy access to everywhere. A walking distance to Santo Nino Church, Taboan Market and Pier.
