The Waterpark was great! The hotel condition is old and requires renovation The corridor was dark and the scent was not pleasant. The room was okay but noisy. Considering it's prive, it was acceptable.

Just just spent a day and night at the AMERICANA. This is our forth time spending the weekend here.  Our kids love the water park! The staff was very friendly at the water park. When we got there the front desk concierge CINDY was very welcoming and kind. Very helpful with any questions we had.  The room we were in Was very clean.  We will definetly be visiting again.

Such an amazing spot to take the kids for some time away from home, not too far from Clifton hill either. Our family had a blast and the staff were AMAZING!

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

My family loved every moment at the resort. They are already planning to go back sometime soon. Keep up the good work, Americana.

We had a wonderful time at Americana. The kids had so much fun, and the place is clean and very family-friendly. We will definitely go back.

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

Booked a 3 night stay at this hotel and what a mistake. Called the hotel a week before arriving. Explained that my family might be arriving earlier than check in which is at 4pm and asked if my 4 kids would be able to use the waterpark before checking in as we were driving 3 hours away. Was told on the phone that wouldn't be an issue but once we arrived we were told that its not possible before 2pm because other people checking out that day would still have access to the water park until 2pm. This doesn't make sense and why should my family not be able to use the water park before checking in because the waterpark was not over pack and could easily accommodate my 4 kids and especially since i called a week in advance to ask. Not only was I told that was impossible and nobody at the hotel would say that as they wouldn't allow it, I was grilled to find the phone number i called and show them on my phone. What place does this? Why would i make this up? You get charged in advance for parking which is $25 plus hst while they have ample parking - Its just a cash grab and when i read someone who stayed for 3 nights got complimentary i bought it up to the front clerk's attention and asked if I can be comped the parking they said the previous client was lying and they never comp parking Now on to checking in... I was presented with 4 water park bracelets and was told that if any of my kids lose them it would $35 dollars to replace. These are not special bracelets and have seen similar ones at the dollar store. I told the front check in lady that i have 2 Access 2 Cards which would give us additional water bracelets for myself and wife to accommodate my 2 boys that autistic (I have 4 kids)and was told that they can only provide one bracelet for either myself or wife or I would have to pay for another bracelet as a day pass every day that i was staying... Lucky one of our friends was staying at the hotel the same amount time and was able to give me one of their bracelets as there was only 3 of them. On to the 2nd night, Ours friends staying at the hotel woke up in the morning to find bed bugs in the room and even caught one in a cup to show management. Management just advised them that there is a procedure to follow and investigate the situation. (If there is a procedure in place this means that it has happened more times than this one off). All management was willing to do for my friends was comp their parking.... but wait, hold on... I thought you don't comp parking...lol At the end my wife and family were so upset and not able to sleep in the room because of it. The mattresses have a zipped up bag over the mattress that I had to unzip just to make sure there was no bed bugs The arcade machines were broken and everytime you wanted to play a game you would have to get staff to either unjam the tickets or get the machine to work. Now on to the good parts... Although located in a sketchy part of Niagara Falls on lundy's lane I cant fault them for that and they made the water park fun for the kids and was monitored well with numerous staff and life guards but that is about it for this hotel

Enjoyable there such as convenience Water Park, child games area, extra activities each day! Great!

Great entertainment for kids. Clean rooms.

Everything was great except for the unexpected 28$ charge for parking.
