Came for a quick 24 hour trip for the kids to go swimming at a waterpark. Having gone to the other water park in Niagara, this is more at pace for a 5year old and 4 year old. For parents, it is sheer convenience to have wverything in onenplace - BP restaurant, breakfast buffet joint. Rooms were really comfortable, clean and modern.my only complaint is check in took some time (about 20 min+ wait) but the staff were courteous and will plan to come a bit earlier before 4 to check in

It is very nice facility. Well worth the stay. Lots of updates and upgrades in the rooms, Our bed mattress was pretty beat up and quite old and possibly broken on one side. Tons of parking yet they still charge $25 to park in the lot after nearly $300 bill to stay there for the night. Definitely a great facility to take children and adults alike a little excessive on the price for what you get but not terrible. Boston Pizza right on site was awesome and the service was above and beyond.

Fabulous stay! Hotel is clean and easy to navigate. The waterpark was perfect for our kids (3 and 7) and the food at the oasis pool restaurant was delicious! Would absolutely recommend!

When check-in we had to pay a parking fee. Before that, it was not mentioned anywhere that parking is not free. Also, an additional $200 was charged that the hotel should have returned and did not return. Unfortunately, we will not want to come back again.

The waterpark was clean, but charging an extra $30/night to park the car is robbery when you are already spending hundreds of dollars on an average stay.

Wendy at check in was lovely. She was so patient and eager to help us check in smoothly even when we added a third night. My only concern about the room is the wooden bunk beds. They have white spots all underneath the top bunk, not sure if it is mold/moisture. Kids love to stay here.

Have a joining room with accessibility room is required as some family members require the functionality of the accessibility room and other family members require a standard room. There was no option this time. A few years back we had this option. We also booked in advance as we normally do. The machines in the arcade didn’t work, ran out of tickets. The food quantity and quality has gone down at the waterpark for past years. Not the most enjoyable stay this time around

Our family enjoyed a lot our stay! It was great to access the pool area so close to our room, without having to leave the property. That was a must for us! The room was also spacious, clean, and comfortable! Having a table for the family to have a meal together, as well as a microwave in the room was also excellent!

Just a little concern about the bed, it was itchy. Not sure if it is some sort of a bug on the sheets

We had an awesome time. Our 2 year old loved the water park and there was lots she can do. Our only issues were from kids at the waterpark pushing, not waiting in line, and going down slides before our daughter was out. It is a family resort so it can be loud. Staff were good and helpful!! Only an 5-10min drive to the falls. Overall loved it and would go back again!

Good customer service at check-in, although we were in a lone line, it moved along ok. The temperature of the pool was good. We were a little grossed out with the lack of cleanliness around the pool area but we expected that with the amount of people there. We were quite disappointed with the arcade as half the games were out of order. The games that were in working order wasn't spitting out the winning tickets and the ticket muncher that counts the winning tickets was broken. We actually counted all our tickets before claiming our prizes and the attendant weighed them. Their number of tickets the scale showed was WAY off! They shorted us by nearly 100 and we spoke up. The attendant agreed that it was a possibility and honoured our total as she didn't have the time to count out all the tickets...understandably so. It would have been a far worse vacation if the customer service was lacking, but all staff seemed quite pleasant. Even the servers at Boston Pizza. Good parking space but at $28 self park a night? That seemed quite steep for us. Not sure if I would stay here again!
