Was very clean and best hotel in hyd

Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and great food. Convenient location in Hi-tech area. Was here over a week and made the trip to Hyderabad very enjoyable. Would not stay anywhere else if I return.

The service was below par. In room dining options were limited and there wasn’t an easy way to directly order food from the restaurants at the hotel. In-room dining line wasn’t always available on first dial. We had an infant and the stewards delivering food weren’t courteous in closing the door and keeping the volume low. Silverware wasn’t brought at once. Laundry bags weren’t available in the room.

The property is pretty as is the reception area. However the staff are so laid back they are almost falling asleep. They are constantly together looking at mobiles instead of attending to guests.They do not understand hindi or english well. They got our food wrong twice. The bathroom smell was terrible. Bedding was not fresh, had to get someone to change at 10pm. Staff were knocking on my door at 12.10am, he came for a tip which is terrible. We checked out and were waiting to leave, asked for water as sister had temperature, got told had no water bottles which was a lie.. List goes on. No ATM for a 5* is terrible.

Very nice and big room, comfortable bed. The location is close to a commercial area and perfect for business with those companies. The breakfast is marvelous with huge variety if choices. I loved one breakfast staff who also worked in the Chinese restaurant. He went above and beyond to help me. The restaurants and rooftop bar were also nice.

My stay at ITC Kohenur was wonderful. Staff are prompt, courteous, and kind. For example, Sanchari at the front desk provided excellent service. She made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. She has good communication skills and provided professional and high quality service.

My family had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were courteous, rooms were clean, food was delicious and the overall experience was fantastic.

One of the best customer service experience in Hyderabad. However staff in restaurant can do much better. I personally appreciate Sanchari for taking care with infectious smile every time I see her. Hotel itself is very grand and can't ask for more
