Nice new hotel, friendly staff, room was nice. Breakfast was fairly basic, like most hotels. Lots of parking. Well lighted.

I had issues with the HVAC in my room on arrival. The staff took action to address the issue in a way that I found very fair and appropriate.

Sheets were rough, and pillows were flat. Heater did not work and the sink stopper was broken. We asked for towels, sheets and pillows 4 times with no results. We were told someone would come fix the heater and it never happened. We will not be booking this hotel in the future.

The experience was overall good. The only takeaway is if you get to breakfast one hour of ending. More than likely get scraps.

The property was terribly understaffed. Faith was the receptionist, the bartender and the cook all at the same time. It took us 60 minutes to get one hamburger and fries. She was an excellent employee and continued to thank us for our patience but with a wedding party waiting in the lobby to get the wedding bus and everyone wanting drinks while they waited and at least 10 people to check in.

That Front deak girl Cassidy was rude, She shouldn't work in a place like that or any customer service related job

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was a good size. The only complaint was an uncomfortable bed and linens that weren’t great.

It was right off the highway need to a shopping center with lots of options for dining. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. 10/10

Check in was so smooth and easy. Faith was amazing. Extremely nice and personable. She genuinely cared about our experience and we felt it. Rooms are spacious. Dining area has some really good food options at a good price. Fantastic stay

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. There were only two small complaints. One, the door to the bathroom was not solid so light

We were in town to be with nearby family for Christmas. Our stay at Hyatt Place felt like our home away from home. Very clean, good breakfast, attractive lobby, and very nice staff. We will definitely return next year!

I thought the hotel itself was excellent and the night front desk clerk was really friendly and helpful The day desk clerk was arrogant and not helpful to the lady in front of us and then to me.

The lady checking us in was superb & efficient. The property was clean & centrally located. The breakfast was average. I wish the coffee was left out a bit longer than 9.00 AM when the breakfast was completed. However there is coffee available in the rooms if needed. Overall a great experience & will definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. If you're a member they give you a bottle of water. I asked for mine and the guy was rude and told me that I did not book through the app so I didn't get a bottle of water. Even though I stayed over Christmas, they maintained their daily schedule for breakfast with shutting down at 9, leaving alot of people out. Another few things, no microwave or safe in rooms. Very minor, but I expected soft toilet paper, not cheap one ply....
