Towels were old, discoloured and torn at the sides. They need to get new towels!! Staffs were really helpful & professional. 🌹

Been staying here with my family everytime we go to Jakarta. And this time around with my hubby. I will definitely come back again soon. Love everything about Ascott. They never disappoint!!!!

Hotel is located near large shipping mall (Grande Indonesia) that is very convenient and have many choice of food and room space is very large. However, the facility is very old and not clean enough. The swimming pool is very small as well. Breakfast is just fair.
