The sanitation is average. There are hairs on the floor of the shower. Although the wet and dry are separated, the layout feels strange and inconvenient to use. The towels are a bit hard.

遇到問題不可怕，可怕的是不好好解決問題。昨晚入住酒店遇到了問題，跟前台還有酒店的經理經過溝通，儘快地以另外一種方式解決了，對於原本存在的問題也在不久後得到了解決。在處理問題這方面，酒店有效率，有誠意。

這次來長沙是出差，經過對比和朋友推薦於是選擇了這家酒店，總體來説酒店性價比挺高的，周圍交通便利，出門滴滴，公交，地鐵啥的都挺方便的。房間乾淨整潔，床很軟很舒服，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務都很熱情，房間也有窗户靠小區，個人感覺挺安靜的。還去打卡了對面的謝子龍李子健，因為真的太近啦！以後會常來，有朋友來也會幫忙推薦的，希望越做越好👍👍👍👍👍👍
