Great hotel. Clean and helpful receptionist. Laundry come with seperate dryer. One setback is only one lift.

I have booked hotels on Ctrip for so many years and have never encountered a worse one than this one. The price of more than 1,600 yuan for a three-star hotel during the Spring Festival is really not cheap. The sanitation is simply terrible. There is water and dirt on the floor of the room that has not been swept or mopped clean. The quilt and thin sheets can be seen through the stains inside. The sofa is full of stains. The sewer in the bathroom shower room is so dirty that it is blocked. It is actually a chain store in Chaoshan area. I stayed in Chaozhou for one night and went to Shantou to book a hotel the next day. I saw their brand and I dare not stay there again. It is really bad.
