Hotel le Bellevue Montrichard 3 Etoiles

Poor welcome, not very friendly. We were placed in a building next to the hotel, a super old room that smells like stuff, two floors of stairs!!!!oh help if you have joint pain!!! It is not possible to dine at the hotel restaurant!!! Supposedly no staff. Very excessive price for the services!!!! I do not recommend fleeing at all!!!! Pigeon droppings ++++ on the edge of the window No place to park. In the room which is said to be a suite, microphone which smells of burning!!!! Really 126€ for that it deserves a refund!!!!

When we arrived, it was terribly hot in the room, the windows of which were closed. The old air conditioning was not on but even when it was on, it worked very little... As for the restaurant, fresh water and ice cubes are difficult to obtain in a room which also has no air conditioning and very little ventilation! For a 3 star, it's very average...

Reservation made with my husband and my 2 daughters to spend 2 days in Beauval not far away! Cold welcome as soon as you open the reception door: no, there's no point in going in, your room is in the other building! Ok anyway we go to the other building, no pedestrian crossing to cross the street. Arrived in the room, which is actually a small studio where they have placed 2 bunk beds in the small kitchenette, I think it would be cool to have a small fridge to store our drinks, but in fact it is not cold, my daughter takes a shower or rather a mini bath since the shower was more than clogged. I go to reception to tell them and they respond: I don't have anyone left, they will take care of it tomorrow. When we returned the next day, still the same... Not a single place to hang towels in the bathroom. Leaking toilet (remark also made by another couple) Gray tape on a wall to plug a hole. The balcony with a nice view, full of ****s, a sock that doesn't date from the previous occupants given its head and a banner hanging on the railing that hasn't stopped flapping in the wind. For the breakfast, which was supposed to be a buffet, it was actually served directly on the table. The ceiling falling apart, the cobwebs and their occupants, the boxes, electric wires or other lying around the hotel........ Having worked in the hotel and catering industry for 15 years, I am shocked to see all this for this price too.

Zero value for money. Unfriendly welcome, bordering on correction. Very noisy: we have a direct view of the trucks. The decoration dates from another age and the hotel is not maintained at all. In fact the hotel is as dirty as its owner who is between two waters, or rather between two wines, all the time. We were put on the first floor, which gave us maximum noise. When I made the remark, I was told that on the upper floors it was not better... A SHAME for the town of Montrichard.

Very good value for money, reception open late, very welcoming staff, the manager agreed to modify our reservation on site. We stayed in a villa for 5 people, very spacious but the furnishings are a little dated. It’s a shame that the terrace was not maintained, otherwise the view of the Cher is very pretty. Excellent breakfast.
