Hilton Hotels in Chatan

The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely incredible, and the view of the sea is truly awe-inspiring. Considering the reasonable price, it is definitely worth it.

The location was in the perfect spot, close to shopping, restaurants and the water. The amenities were great, but just be prepared to pay to gain access to the pool it is not part of the package. The food and the cost of breakfast were the only downfalls. Otherwise, this was an awesome first experience in Okinawa! Loved it!

It is really wel laid out and duped clean. Modern. Upscale feel. It’s a bottom wing of a hotel. Bunk beds are ultra spacious and self contained (see photos) for your belongings. Privacy curtain and super well built and strong. Pillows are of the seed variety that’s popular in Japan and likely for hypoallergenic safety reasons. I’m not a fan. Many are though. Showers blast water wonderfully. Kitchen has all you need. Lobby area is highly functional. Loved the look and feel of this hostel for a city hostel.

I was disappointed with the response at check-in. Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. Also two months ago Despite his appointment, he said, ”I upgraded to a room above one for free because it will be a very popular room.” I thanked you, but when I went to the room The door is half open? I can hear people's voices from inside. I was surprised to see the cleaner 々. Isn't it an upgrade or a staff reception mistake? I was convinced. The view is not good if it is a family room. I would like to review the system at check-in and review the education of the staff.

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit ”quirky” and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is very familiar and the location is very convenient. The exterior wall is white and it feels like entering Santorini. The environment of the restaurant is very beautiful, and the overall feeling of staying here is also great. If I have a chance to come here next time, I will choose this hotel again

A full apartment hotel, the kitchen utensils actually also have an electronic pot, tableware cups are available, not only provide laundry, dryer, clothes hanger, but also have washing powder; the balcony space is also very wide, there is more space to place clothes hanger; Stay in a view room with a rare sea view; separate spaces for showers, sinks and toilets, with a seat bench on the intimate side; within five minutes of walking, KFC, supermarket and family convenience store, located close to the American village; But be aware that the front desk staff is working hours (part-time) and the number of parking spaces on the first floor is limited.
