Nice comfortable hotel in Chatham

We stayed there for one night. It’s a good hotel. Not anything fancy though if someone is looking for fancy. The receptionist at night was a very nice gentleman and the receptionist in the morning, Mandy wasn’t very friendly

No extra blanket for pull out asked housekeeping in which told me to ask front desk! Front desk told me it would be a bit for him to find one! Never recieved one! We rented a suite ! lol the cupboards for dishes have no dishes it’s just empty cupboards! The silverware drawer has a plastic silverware storage for cutlery from the dollar store but there’s no cutlery! The sheer curtain is missing on the right hand side of the window curtains! Hotel is not in the best location. Other than beside a ****** which is not open late ! Kinda in the slummy part!

Was ok. The hotel staff were also nice enough to help us check in earlier, however the beds were terrible, I couldn't really sleep

Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located close to ******, downtown and shopping. Would definitely recommend stay at this hotel.

Didn’t find the hotel as clean as in the past. There are renovations happening so backnparking lot had dumpster bins and tractor trailers parked - our view for our stay

Was given the wrong room when we arrived. We booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was closed for maintenance. The front desk also wouldn’t offer any discount for this.

everything was good but i was there for my mothers funeral and others who paid at hotel got a bereivment discount and i did not since i paid epedia directly

This hotel is under construction and there is noise during the day. The top floors are being changed to extended stay so they will be updated. The whole hotel could use an update. We got there and couldn't check in because the system was down. Staff was very friendly, but it is very low frills.

The suite was very clean and remarkably spacious. Excellent customer service, both at front desk and from the breakfast servers. Love that there is a dedicated gluten free breakfast bar! We will stay again.

The place just needs some improvements, which is going on right now. Good place to stay! Very clean. Will be back in the future !

Excellent stay, very comfortable and quiet. Pet friendly was a big reason for stay at this location. very nice breakfast selection, wife really appreciated separate gluten free options.

This hotel is in desperate need of a good cleaning and update. The hallway to the room was filthy and needed to be vacuumed. The room smelled musty and damp. When I closed the curtains, there was a HUGE black spider. The lobby and breakfast area was clean. Good variety of food options during breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Overall everything and everyone was great, but had really looked forward to enjoying the fireplace, and it did not work
