Great Staff, comfy beds, nicely ADA compliant. Always stay here when traveling from No. Cal to So. Cal. Nice breakfast too.

There was food on the wall of my room. The breakfast was late. It was supposed to start at 6:00 am and both days it was late.

The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is good. The area feels safe and secure, it is centrally located and are able to walk to a variety of shopping stores.

Everything was great. Really loved the indoor hot tub and pool. It was the reason we chose this property over others, and glad that we did because we enjoyed everything else. We decided to make this our go-to when visiting again!

Disappointed in the overall condition of property. Very poor. Also, found pin in carpet sticking straight up. Thank goodness we saw it and didn’t step on it!!!

I needed to keep adding to my stay. Hotel won’t match internet price so I had to keep booking on line. Price varies by day. Daily desk clerks didn’t always agree with others. For the money it’s a nice, clean, safe place to stay.

I am budget traveler and rarely stay at La Quinta which I consider "higher end." (Yes, I am that poor.) But the price was good and well worth the extra $25 from my usual places that are not as nice. Great breakfast buffet.

Let me start with the good. First the staff were very friendly. The room was large and spacious. The bed ,although a bit hard for my taste was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. The one down side was the key issue. Every day , including the first day, I had to have my electronic key card re-programmed. This became an unnecessary hassle to an otherwise perfect stay. I noticed other guests with the same issue. After about the third incident I asked the employee at the front desk what the problem was. I was told that it’s a recurring issue that has been brought to the attention of management, however they’ve chosen to do nothing about the situation. That is simply unacceptable. I can’t recommend this hotel until I hear and have witnessed accounts that the problem has been resolved.

Our first night was not comfortable at all. We checked in around 4 and headed off to dinner. We got back to the hotel around 7 ready to relax from the long trip. We turned on the Tv only to find out it didn’t work. The Direct Tv company had a message that the activation needed to be complete by calling them. We called the front desk and were told that there was nothing they could do because the maintenance guy was gone for the day. He leaves at 4:00pm. We asked if we could be moved to another room. She said no and that we had to talk to the manager in the morning. My husband has a hard time falling asleep without the TV so you can imagine how he slept. The air conditioner rattled all night so none of us were able to sleep. It was a horrible night. In the morning I spoke with the manger about the TV and he relayed the message to the maintenance guy sitting next to him. The manager told us that since we booked through ******* there was nothing he could do to compensate us for the horrible experience. I don’t know of this was true but I feel like something could have been done.

Good value for the price! I've stayed in several budget motels in this area near family, but decided to pay a bit more this trip and am glad I did! A little extra quality was nice, including a room upstairs, breakfast, extra pillows, coffee available 24/7, etc. The one big negative, and this is true at many motels/hotels these days, is no extra blankets. The temp seems to be controlled only by the wall unit, which tends to make me feel a bit sick.
