No towels, wash clothes or bathroom amenities, tired to request them and they never came. Housekeeping did not make the beds and left crumbs, no vacuuming, from a pizza box we carefully placed so that would not happen. When asked to solve the bed problem, they came and left the sheets a mess, but tossed up the comforter and threw the pillows on the bed, not even bothering to tuck it in.

The sheer size of the building was impressive. Definitely liked that. The hotel was fun to explore. One and only one complaint is I feel with its size there could be more stores. That alone was a disappointment however doesn’t mean I won’t go back. I definitely will. Create shops. Just saying. Thanks for having us.

Lovely property with an imposing and historic reception area. My quibble was with my room. There was no tissue in the room or bathroom, and no pen or paper. I thought these items were standard! Front desk staffer when I checked out was very nice and had a great sense of humor (9am on 2/8)

My husband and I spent one night there because we were going to a concert right down the street. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent. I wish that the ingress/egress would have been easier, but due to the wine event, it made it more difficult. We were very happy with our stay.

We had never stayed here before, but the place was awesome? Nice clean hotel rooms, big bar and gathering place that had a light show that was worth staying and watching every hour! Close the the Blues arena that we just walked even as cold as it was this weekend! The only down side was that it cost us $35 to park in the hotel parking area.

The stay was not too bad. Staff was friendly and the hotel seemed pretty clean. However, you have to pay for parking at $35/night.

Had Executive Lounge access with the room, but was disappointed that the advertised evening happy hour appetizers and late night bites were not put out while we were there. Breakfast the next morning was out, and it was excellent.

Stayed one night at property while attending a hockey game. Location was very convenient and appeared to be safe. Very nice clean rooms which were quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient, especially the hotel restaurant staff. Beautiful property which I would gladly stay in again.

Check in was easy and fast. We had valet parking which I highly recommend. It is very busy at union station. Our room was very clean and roomy. The atmosphere here is just amazing and the light show was unbelievable. We will definitely be staying again

We got there before 8 pm and didn't get our room until after 10 pm and we found a pair of dirty socks in our bed. I told the front desk and they laughed and said it sounds like Santa left a present. I will never stay again. It could be such a cool place. I hope they reorganize and fix their issues.

The hotel location is great, but when we went to check in at 4:30pm they said it would be hours before I had a room if I didn’t take a one bed instead of two beds like I reserved. It’s easy to get lost in this hotel. They need better wall maps.

The location and hotel were fantastic. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Disappointed in the bathroom though. Not at all what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. The toilet ran nonstop if you didn’t flush correctly. Door had rusty hinges. Walls and trashcan needed wiped down. Floor edges were dusty/unclean. It definitely needed someone to just slow down and give it a thorough cleaning/maintenance.
Hopefully this was a unique issue with this room as everything else was very nice.
