CitiGO Hotel, Sanlitun, Beijing

This is so far one of the best hotel I stay in China with kids. Beside the inconvenience of subway about 15min walk from the hotel, everything else is perfect. The shopping street is just about 5min walk away. There are few restaurants, aamd also a mini supermarket at the back of the hotel. The hotel provide free breakfast and supper from 2200H to 2300H. Good food for a hotel standard. Free self service laundry too. It’s an innovation hotel with automation throughout the hotel. Will visit again when in Beijing.

Had a good stay overall! Pros: really helpful staff (the receptionist even helped me take my luggage to the taxi after checking out, as I had a lot of stuff); no English but they can use a translating app easily; room size was as advertised; clean environment; a good base to explore the Sanlitun area; they'll store your luggage in the lobby if needed. Cons: only a few hangers in the room, so maybe more ideal for short stays/travellers with fewer clothes; my room's door latch was missing the chain (that said, the internal door lock worked okay); no restroom in the lobby or breakfast area, so if you need it after checking out you have to use nearby public toilets which aren't great. Overall: there are some minor things I would improve, but the service and cleanliness were excellent.

Amazing hotel with so friendly staff support and area was too good to go here and there. They can allow visitors more flexibility and comfort if anyone asks. I enjoyed my stay here and enjoyed the so peaceful atmosphere and their fabulous breakfasts menus and most interesting offering free snacks at 10pm to 11pm everyday 😀☺️.

The hotel is well located, there are many restaurants nearby. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The only downfall is the breakfast as there aren’t many options. The staff is extremely polite though. For the price it is a good choice 👍🏽

Very comfy and easy stay. Appartment was clean, bed very comfy and clean bathroom. Would recommend again.

Great location for the price and very friendly and helpful staff! On site washer and dryer is also a plus. The staff was the best part of the stay though.
