For $118 without tax room wss in poor shape. Cracked sink, side table was sticky, dirt and stains on walls, toilet paper fell off its holder. Upon check out they never asked how our room or stay was. The news station was correct if you book through a thrid party app the hotel gives you the worst room they have. Very disappointed with Hilton.

Customer service, location and room comfort and condition are all good...unfortunately i am constantly being charged for a one night stay, we are up to three times as of now. While one reversal was given, the other two are still pending therefore cannot be refunded until they complete their mistake??? Definitely frustrating

Staff was exceptional! We appreciated the breakfast options (menu or continental) offered (Bloody Marys were fantastic!) Pet friendly and a nice area to walk your fur baby. The room was clean, plenty of towels and all furnishings were in mint condition.

The cleaning service must have been off this weekend! There was an empty Milker Lite 24 pack in the dresser.

We were greeted warmly and allowed to check in a little early on Christmas Day. The room was beautiful, clean and roomy. The only suggestion I could make would be to include the breakfast options in the booking fee. We are elsewhere. We did love our stay, and we will be back! Thank you!

Check in was so quick and easy. Person working the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel was signature Hilton and very comfortable. It appears some touch-ups are needed to decor but overall I'd definitely stay here again.

Dogs barked in the room next to me for a large portion of the evening. Blood on toilet from whoever cleaned the room prior to me checking in as it was wet. The linen was not changed from previous guest as I found multiple hairs under the comforter. The room was infested with gnats...... I was extremely annoyed by the condition of the room......I wore socks and all my clothes due to how nasty the room was. I was soo exhausted by the time I checked in I had no energy to put up a fight over the barking dogs or nasty room

Facility modifications (primarily in lobby area) were taking place during our stay and though the lobby will be beautiful when completed, the smell of products used (strong odor of goof-off) made the difficult to sit and talk with others in the lobby area. Fortunately the weather allowed us to utilize the patio and socialize.

I could barely sleep. Lot of noise from the cars on the road. Lot of noise from other rooms. They have no noise proof. Break fast is the worst. Not even oat meal was cooked properly. I had to park at all the way back and walk in dark all the way to the front.

We stay here up to a few times a year. Great hotel. Great staff. Great accommodations. The new remodel looks great (needed ;)

I had a great time per my usual stay at the Hilton Garden. They never disappoint. Always feels like home and service is always on point. Thanks for another great experience.

The room was dirty. I spilled some water on the vinyl entry floor and wiped it up with hand towel and the towel was back with dirt. We were told our room was just cleaned. It also had a weird smell and the fan in the bathroom did not work. It was also very loud. Someone was walking around above us all night. We asked about a cleaner room but we’re told the room was just cleaned. We cut our stay a day short due to the issues. But we still had to pay for the night we did not stay. Also they should include breakfast with the stay.

Staff was very helpful and understanding. I requested a different room and there were no problems!
