Smart Stay Hotel Station Reviews

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. At no time was hot water available. We had to take a cold shower. The receptionists kept promising to fix the problem. Never happended. My guess is that the hotel simply does not provide any (to keep the costs low). Our room was dirty. The hotel does not provide any cleaning service. Nor did they bother to make the beds. Upon arrival there was only one set of towels. The receptionist failed to deliver the second one despite the promise to do so.

First off, there is no AC, make sure you read the room description. I didn't bother checking this as I traveled in mid September and wasn't expecting hot weather. But happened and the room was scorching hot. the girl at the reception was very aggressive when made a comment and finally given a fan. that helped a little but still the temperature was 30 C degrees, see picture. Not comfortable to sleep with a cheap fan blowing at your head, short cord, no electrical outlets other that the one at the night table. The room was so tiny, there wasn't any room to open my luggage. Again, the bed problem, I asked a double bed and given two twins together. Parking, " available at cost" is far away and it is not cheap and not easy to get to it. Except the location I don't see any other reasons to stay there, especially in summer! Find something better.

We loved the location for our daily outings. Sometimes a bit noisy at night. Building was under construction and there was construction across the street. Despite the noise, it was just what we needed.

No ac, no fridge, no blow dryer or iron, only cnn on tv, the shower flooded, parking is a disaster, construction everywhere. Pay couple extra bucks and stay elsewhere. I have seen 5 different staff in 2 days, only one of them was helpful.

This was a really good stay! From the outside, the reception and staircase it just looks really shady and dodgy, BUT the room was super nice! Very comfortable beds, clean and renovated. The bathroom was new and fresh. It had AC but we couldn't get it to work, but didn't ask for help. It was ok just opening the windows this time. Very happy with the stay.

Very basic - no water/tea/coffee/glasses in the room. No bin in the toilet. Curtains were broken so they didn't close properly. Very noisy building work going on in and around the hotel. Great Central location, right by the train station to the airport. You get what you pay for.

Within two minutes of the central train station, reasonably priced, with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and mall within a couple minutes walk. Rooms are very basic but adequate, especially for the price. Old town is within a ten minute walk.

No hot water throughout the hotel, without prior notice, and ultimately without any commercial gesture. VERY noisy, the single glazing does not help, Our reserved room was allocated to someone else before our arrival (at 5 p.m., a completely acceptable time)

The neighboring construction site kept me awake from 7 a.m. onwards. My room was right next door to the neighboring building. The drilling and chiseling work was so loud that it seemed as if the work was being done in my room. The hotel rejected my complaints without reason. They claimed that I was offered another room. That wouldn't have helped either, but I was still not offered another room. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel and various defects (cables hanging out of openings, open shafts) were not great either.

The hotel, clean and welcoming, the room corresponding to the description, new and functional bathroom, comfortable beds with excellent cotton sheets, very kind staff, complete breakfast in a very nice room

I've been to many hotels, but I've never experienced anything like this. The rooms look new but everything is unkempt and dirty. Every youth hostel is better here! Only cold water came out of the shower, after telling the reception there was only a shrug of the shoulders and nothing else. Bedding with stains. There is no cover on the sockets, which means electric shock included. My tip, no matter how cheap it is, don't get on here, but rather sleep at the train station

Very good location. Central and easy connection with trains, buses and metro. We had a room facing the main avenue so there was not much noise. The rooms facing the pedestrian street can be noisier because there is a nightclub right opposite. Cleanliness was good as towels were changed every day. On the day of departure they left our suitcases stored until it was time to leave since the flight was in the afternoon. In short, quality vs price very consistent. 👍🏼

In general good, the location and the attention, excellent. Half-renovated hotel, the window did not close well and the television never worked although it was notified several times. excellent Wi-Fi.
