It's a nice, budget-friendly stay when traveling with friends. I liked the location because it's within walking distance from the main city center.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, clean and very cost-effective. It is recommended to book a room in advance for better prices. It is also very convenient to get to restaurants, shopping and entertainment places in the city center from the hotel.

Hygienic, relatively spacious

My room was very clean - almost too clean. Having not traveled to Europe in some time, I'm not sure if it's normal to have no alarm clock or mini-fridge where one can keep snacks/personal drinks/medications that need to be stored in a cool space. The staff and room service were fantastic - absolutely no issues with check-in, the meals were delicious, and staff helped with what seemed like constant taxi problems (England's worst livery!!!). I was there for a workshop that meant carrying cumbersome equipment - otherwise, I would've walked more seeing how terrible liveries not-called-Uber were. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the nightlife area and universities, which meant no need to rent a car. Also liked that there was night security staff checking people returning to the hotel after 9pm - for female solo travelers, that was an additional safety perk.

This hotel has become our go to hotel every time we stay in Leeds. The rooms are always clean, fresh and looked after. Rooms are spacious and comfy as can be. At the front desk you are always met with nothing but a happy, polite and professional member of the team! Location wise: you’re tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre BUT can be there in less than 10min on foot. Just excellent!

Hotel needs a refresh. Our stay was quite uncomfortable - the rooms were very warm but if you have the window open you get a lot of noise from the busy main road. The pillows are awful to sleep on! They were lumpy so I called reception to ask if we could have some others - the man who was working was just so rude. He responded with “no, all of the pillows are the same in this hotel”. I asked him if they were all lumpy and he just repeated himself. The showers were slow and not modern, one spray and if you turn the hot water too hot it makes an awful screeching noise. The only nice experience I had was the lady on reception who gave me directions to the train station. I’m sorry I won’t be returning here again.

Overall very good, spacious room and comfortable. Heating was good. Few things that can be improved. There was no details of the restaurant in the room had to look up online. It will be good if they also give body lotion and at least a welcome water bottle in the room. The sink had crack/ chip at couple of places.

The hotel was decorated very well for Christmas, lovely atmosphere with very friendly, welcoming staff & excellent service. Will not hesitate to return again.

Excellent property from a location and services PoV. I am happy to recommend it to any business traveler who needs a strong wifi connection and needs to generally work remotely. There are many vegetarian options available via room service, which was refreshing. The extremely courteous staff rounded out what was a fantastic short stay.

Everything was exception. Clean ,comfy and quiet. Food was really nice and the parking was great too.

Lovely hotel, not to far from the centre. Staff are friendly, rooms spacious and clean & modern. Very well presented, the Christmas tree were beautiful in and around the hotel.
