Such a good deal, room had a tub with jets, a balcony, free breakfast in the morning, and a pool and hot tub. Very clean and affordable. Will be back.

Check-in process is easy. The room is clean. Would like to see improvement for the breakfast choices . The pool area needs better lighting. In fact, the pool light was not in working order creating a safety hazard for children.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated, having the refrigerator and microwave. The room was comfortable a tiny bit small. We were just there for a basketball tournament for the weekend. Walking distance to the beach and little shopping area, was a very convenient location.

Great place, close to shopping and food, bed not very comfortable but the staff was great and the hotel very clean!

Close to everything, walking distance. Staff was. Very friendly. Would like if the pool/gym was open for longer hours.

I felt very much at home in my suite. Complete with kitchenette, washer/dryer, jetted tub. I was planning a use the indoor swimming pool but ran out of time. Next time I should stay longer!

The updates were great - but the staff was incredible! Can’t wait to come back!

Close to shopping and dining, everything we needed was at the hotel. The kids loved the pool.

Last night was my first time staying at Rivertide Suites Hotel. A jetted tub and fireplace lured me there, and a fantastic experience (easy & friendly check in/out, clean & safe hotel/unit and convenient to most things in Seaside) will bring me back. It was just the relaxing night I needed!

Great room layout. Nice shower and bath area. Convenient and usable kitchen. Polite and courteous staff

Staff was amazing and friendly. The hotel was clean and good amenities but many of the items in the suite (dishes, silverware, hair dryer etc) were not there and the upstairs neighbors were loud and disrespectful all night. I will definitely stay again but will request top floor and assurance that all items needed (and advertised as being included) are there to make the stay more relaxing and enjoyable. I was very impressed with the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of all staff as well as their professionalism and knowledge of the local attractions and surrounding area.

The only downside was the breakfast. No hot breakfast, only cerial and cold boiled eggs. I'd expect more from this wonderful hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room had everything we needed. Definitely, a very good value for the price. We will stay there again.

We liked that the room had kitchen. We also enjoyed pool and hot tube, although pool water was a little chilly. What we did not like: standard studio room was way too small, furniture was a bit outdated. The biggest dissappointment was breakfast, it was probably the worst breakfast we ever had in hotels, it was basically just boiled eggs, cereal with milk and bagels. However we enjoyed our stay there, the location is very convenient and the stuff was helpfull and nice.
