If you sign the document without reading it properly when checking in, You don't get proper service! ㅠㅜ Even if you don't clean your room for a few days, if you tell them, it will be recorded in the documents. If you want to clean, there are conditions that must be met. They say it is because the customer did not respond. You must also adhere to the check-out time of 12:00! Not even the slightest bit of flexibility! It seems like there is a bit of a lack of customer service mindset! ㅠㅜ

Very good accommodation, peaceful and private. Located near Chiang Mai Gate Market, easy to find food, convenient. The reception staff are very good, polite, friendly and give good advice. After taking a break, I was impressed. Even though the hotel is not big, but feel warm And the most impressive thing was staying here. u

nice location inside the old town, the hotel itself is old and you need to be quiet after 10pm, looks like a family owned hotel all handled by the son and the dad which are both very friendly and able to speak English, the beds are big but not the softest, the doors need to be locked by a key and don't look very safe but you can store your stuff in a safe at the reception if you worry about safety, the shower is always nice and hot water BUT my biggest negative point is that the water doesn't really flow down the drain and creates a big puddle in the whole bathroom. swimmingpool is alright nothing special, you can sit outside and eat or drink your own stuff you bought if you want to. overall I would book the hotel again because of the location, the price and the staff because I'm okay with having wet feet in the bathroom.

Beginning was nice. Friendly owners, but ending was strange. I asked if my 1 year old son can use a pool after we check out, so i could go to do something, and we didn’t get permission. Another annoying issue, that the owners are complaining that children having fun at the pool. Good location, but very stiff atmosphere… pool is dangerous, broken tiles, my daughter and my son cut their foot. Be careful…
