Fine hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and suitable if just a base to sleep at.

Nice boutique hotel. Excellent location - we were specifically looking for it in this area because... We’ve already lived here twice before (but in another hotel across the road). There are a lot of things nearby, it’s very convenient - so for the third time we also decided to look for housing here. The hotel is small, but the rooms are good. The breakfast menu is small, but everything is very tasty. For this price, requests an option to stay in the old town.

We stayed a month at this hotel and we never were disappointed. The staff was amazing and made sure we never wanted for anything. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. The shower was 10 out of 10. Pressure was great and never ran out of hot water even taking back to back showers. The room was immaculate and cleaned every day. Breakfast was better than satisfying. Made to order and always hot, fresh and delicious. Lots of great choices. Our iced lattes were always a wonderful treat. They would decorate the top and every morning we anxiously waited to see the masterpiece. The pool was great and so refreshing. The location was amazing also. Inside the walled city. Love love love our stay!!!

An actual boutique hotel with all the coziness and charm of a small, well-run hotel. The room was clean and bright, and the bed was big and comfortable. As another guest had mentioned, a shower stall with a proper door - we had visited many that were just wet rooms; this was a nice change. The breakfast was the star of the hotel. It was fresh, made-to-order, and tasted good. The hotel was conveniently located in the old city wall, but you didn’t feel the crowd and noise associated with being on that side of the wall. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai.

I stayed I. This hotel at the beginning December alone and it was the best stay in Chiang Mai. The location is very nice, I figured lots of shortcuts to the Thai Pae Gate area. The staff is very very accommodating and friendly. A week later I decided to come back with my family, but the rooms weren’t available in the booking apps I used, so I just walked in and they offered me the same room I stayed, suite on the 3rd floor and I couldn’t be happier. Big balcony along the whole room, nice bathtub, everyday cleaning and water refill. Everything inside is working properly, not a single broken or dirty thing. The room layout is super convenient, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Bathtub and shower are also separated. All the things here are beautiful and made for people’s pleasant experience. Can’t recommend this place enough. Truly added pleasantness to my Chiang Mai experience.
