Nice boutique hotel. Excellent location - we were specifically looking for it in this area because... We’ve already lived here twice before (but in another hotel across the road). There are a lot of things nearby, it’s very convenient - so for the third time we also decided to look for housing here. The hotel is small, but the rooms are good. The breakfast menu is small, but everything is very tasty. For this price, requests an option to stay in the old town.

The hotel is relatively small, it can be regarded as a coffee hotel, the hotel does not have an elevator, the location is relatively remote in the ancient city, the advantage is that there are free bicycles available at the entrance of the hotel, and there are shops where you can rent motorcycles nearby, 7-11 is 5 minutes away, and the room has a balcony According to the introduction, it has been refurbished. The facilities inside are relatively old. No matter the toilet or the cabinet, the toilet cover is moldy, and the wall is full of scratches. I booked here for 5 nights. The most unbearable thing is to check in There was no hot water in the hotel on the first night, and the amount of water was very small. I communicated with the hotel front desk and replied that he didn’t know why there might be no hot water. I asked again and was told that I could help change the room but it was lower than what I booked. At the first level, the hotel has no other remedial measures, and until the last night, there is not enough water in the hotel, and there is no hot water. I am really speechless. I think the hotel needs to update the equipment in time!

Nice hotel, with a nice room, bathroom and balcony. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area as well as being central.

Great boutique hotel in a fantastic old city location. Lots of great spots just steps away, and easy walking distance to anywhere on the south or east side. Safe, quiet, and feels really high end!

I stayed I. This hotel at the beginning December alone and it was the best stay in Chiang Mai. The location is very nice, I figured lots of shortcuts to the Thai Pae Gate area. The staff is very very accommodating and friendly. A week later I decided to come back with my family, but the rooms weren’t available in the booking apps I used, so I just walked in and they offered me the same room I stayed, suite on the 3rd floor and I couldn’t be happier. Big balcony along the whole room, nice bathtub, everyday cleaning and water refill. Everything inside is working properly, not a single broken or dirty thing. The room layout is super convenient, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Bathtub and shower are also separated. All the things here are beautiful and made for people’s pleasant experience. Can’t recommend this place enough. Truly added pleasantness to my Chiang Mai experience.

The staff were great- very polite and friendly and were quick to respond to any request. Conviently located and quiet area. Everything was spotlessly clean but wish there had been more storage in the room and shelving and hooks in the bathroom. Nice to have the restaurant on premises with good food and service

Easy, simple, good quality, big room, wonderful service, and fantastic location.

Our red songthaew driver had a challenge finding the place so used MapsMe to help him find it. Check in was fast. There are only stairs but they gladly will carry your bags to your room. We had a giant king bed, fridge, TV (Thai channels), desk chair, safe, night stands, cofee/tea, kettle, 2 bottles water, balcony with view of alley and hotel grounds next door (facing the sun but some shade so can use in the afternoon). All rooms except the front 2 face the same direction out to the alley which makes them a bit quieter. Giant metal rack for hanging clothes and other storage. Pool, access only by going downstairs and outside along road to pool at back. Strong wifi. Breakfast included is ordered off a menu, it is not that straight forward what you are allowed to order but we ordered and got fed. There is a egg dish, a noodle dish, rice soup and add ons like toast, juice, fruit, coffee another. The service was friendly and the food was fine. We could stay there again, no problem. It has a great location, 7-11 and local store very close, near a couple good local restaurants for khao soi and wonton noodle soup, near Chiang Gate Market and short walk to Saturday and Sunday night walking streets. Also for clothes washing, go to the right and right along a quieter road to find a very nice smiling lady a short walk away, look for a weathered 40 B/kg sign and the nice lady. Overall, good place, could stay again if in area.

We loved staying in this little cozy hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful, kind, hospitable and friendly. They accomodated our needs and make sure we were comfortable. We recommend this hotel 💯. Thank You so much Wealth Boutique Hotel for helping us have an amazing stay ♥️

Great little boutique hotel. Wonderful service and the rooms were beautiful! We all got the king sized bed suites and we’re happy. Breakfast area is small but the food was good! Highly recommend staying here.
