Chiang Mai Ancient City
Good location, in the ancient city, clean, hygienic, tidy, a family-run hotel, breakfast is simple but delicious, with fried rice, fried eggs, fried vegetables, all you can eat fruits, and all you can drink coffee! For those who have special requirements for quietness, choose a quiet room

It's an excellent hotel. Both in service and upgrading the room to a large, comfortable family room with a cute reading corner. TV corner, Netflix service, excellent customer care Warm welcome from the staff The place to sleep is comfortable, quiet, no noise. Excellent clean It is recommended to stay here for the whole family, as a couple, or if you want a backpacker atmosphere, you will have more friends. Breakfast and shared kitchen are available for backpacker for single and family rooms. There is a private kitchen and a private bathroom in the room. Comfortable, the place walks out to find food, restaurants, markets. Near the bar, near the mall, near the temple. Highly recommended here.

This is our second visit to Chiang Mai. This time my wife and I stayed in The White Elephant Home for two nights. The location is great, very close to old city, only several minutes’ walk. I prefer to stay outside the old city for quiet, clean and comfortable neighbourhood. We booked a room for two and they upgraded us to a family room for three. The room is spacious, new and clean with a lovely balcony. The interior and exterior match the photos and description on the website. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is delicious. We enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The staff are nice and helpful, they have friendly smiles all the time. They speak good English and provided useful information to us in buying Green bus ticket to Chiang Rai. I didn't drive this time but I saw them providing car covers to guests and helped to cover and to remove it. Will definitely stay in The White Elephant Home again if we visit Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

Staff attitude is very very very good. I will recommend where to play, and I will be very patient when I ask for directions. The sanitation inside the room is not so clean, there are yellow marks on it, the door locks of the room are old-style and look unsafe, but they are actually safe. After all, no one is bored to steal the lock and steal things. , Not to mention the camera, so it is still relatively safe. Although the room was directed at the roadside, it was relatively quiet, and occasionally heard the sound of a motorcycle, but it did not affect anything. It is very close to Phra Singh Temple, there are 711, massage shops around, it is recommended to go to Sunday market, there is really everything. And it's especially close to the Sunday market.

Area north of the old city
The first room we received had cake layers that came through open space behind broken stones on the wall, a flooding toilet, loose stones on the floor, moved to another room at 23:00, no eye closed. Very hard beds, extreme noise load from other rooms. Shouting, loudly, closed doors. Got through the whole night. When watched, asked if they wanted to do something about it (the hotel's rule is that it should be quiet after 23 hours). There was nothing to do with it. Status of maintenance very bad, in both accommodations. Dangerous stairs to the stacking beds, loose parts of beds, broken fineer layers on which you wrapped your hand. Elektra cable with steel cv tubes drawn, unsitting contact boxes. No lighting in bed in the 1st building. No contact boxes. In the t****e building. Not-exit blocked by the storage of all sorts of rhythms (matches, boxes, etc.) in the staircase. Pool does not match the photos placed. Settle in a parking garage and is absolutely no swimming pool. All the photos of this hotel seem to be years ago and manipulated as regards light invasion and width. Absolutely no advisor and not at all with children. So we left earlier. Hopeful refund, eventually received half.

Chiang Mai Ancient City
WE were so excited to be able to come back to Hanibah. The old teak house is a oasis in the city. Very quiet, exceptionally clean, and the staff!!! Looknoi (sorry for butchering your name) is always at the front desk, he Aunti owns it. She is an amazing young lady, wanting to help with every aspect of your trip!!! AND what a fabulous cook. She cooks your eggs to order each morning, and sets out the amazing breakfast. They make bread everyday....wow, and i had to hold myself back from eating too much!! The fruit is always plentiful and so mouth watering. The coffee is served in a French press...what can i say. This place feels like home and we just can't wait to come back and take a deep breath. Thank you to all of the staff and owners.
