This is a must-stay hotel in Chicago.   We stayed in a 'Zen Suite One Bedroom' and were very impressed with the amenities in our room.  The bathroom was enormous.    There is a large stand up shower, as well as a stand-alone tub for soaking, duel sinks with plenty of counter space, and a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom.  Extra surprises for us included the heated bathroom floor, Dyson hair dryer, flat iron, comfy robes/slippers, Nespresso machine, Nobu signature bed, and modern décor.   Everything feels brand new in this hotel since it only recently opened.   We dined at the restaurant one night and the service and food were both top notch.  I will always consider Nobu Hotel for any future travel to Chicago, as well as any other Nobu Hotel graced cities!

Liked · Food was excellent, rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was awesome when we interacted directly with them.   Disliked · We stayed for new years eve and new years day. New years day everything was perfect but service even for hotel guests was non existent new years eve for a few hours. We couldn't get ahold of anyone from in room dining or guest services from about 7pm to 10pm. We ended up having to order out elsewhere & couldn't get drinks or silverware to our room. I was able to get a bottle of champagne and a round of cocktails to our room from the rooftop restaurant by going up and talking to them directly but even that took about an hour to receive. I realize it was a major holiday in a pandemic but I feel hotel guests should always have reliable, fast access to hotel services & necessities like silverware and food. 

We did an overnight couples staycation and had an amazing time. We were able to arrange our whole visit very easily through their concierge over email before our arrival (in-room massage, quasi-private pool reservation, dinner at Nobu Rooftop) and only had to leave the hotel to grab breakfast in the AM (breakfast doesn't begin until 8am at the hotel and we are early risers). We had a deluxe king city view room and the best part was the bed - it was ridiculously comfortable. Will definitely stay again!
