Terrible, elevators and hallways smell so bad, furniture and decoration is very outdated. Terrible experience. I couldn’t even stay the night, I checked out after 1 hour. Definitely over price.

It was perfect little spot fora 1 night trip.

I was actually surprised as it was nicer than I thought. Once I checked into my room, one of the windows would not close I had to bang it shut the bathroom window would not close. It was cracked open a half an inch I had to put a towel there. No one mentioned anything about where the elevator was where the ice was that there was free breakfast, which I thought it was mentioned that there was free breakfast, anyway I thought it was a cute place and I might stay there again but I think they should give you more information when you check in. Also, they need to mention that there is no parking.

Showers don’t work well, no water flow, rooms have bad smell, microwave did not work, mattresses on Beds are old and smell. Furniture out off date. Hallways smell bad on all floors

The price fits the accommodation level. However, location wise you can’t beat it. It’s a no frills hotel with the basic essentials. If you need a place to crash that won’t break the bank this is it, but don’t expect what you’re not paying for.

It has a great location to enjoy the Beeach Street scene. It is an historic hotel. Love the Art Deco lobby. Rooms are comfortable. We had a view of the marina and bay. The staff is very caring.

The location is great, even though you still have to find your own parking and that tends to be very expensive in the area. The front desk person at check in was very helpful, but that was about it. We had a room for 4 booked. They gave us 2 towels, 2 shampoos and one lotion. We asked for more towels in the evening repeatedly and none came. The room itself was tiny and old and not very clean. One of the beds was broken. The place has no amenities that we knew of either, including food. There is a bar downstairs but I don't believe it is affiliated. Over all for almost $200 at a discounted rate on a Wednesday this was far from worth it.

This is a budget hotel and not all rooms are equal. But I had no complaints about my oceanside suite, and I was very comfortable throughout my 3 day stay, much thanks to the friendly staff and central location.

Bad! It smelled like a toilet. One of the fixtures in the hallway looked like someone had peered in it. Our first room smelled like sewer and the tv did not work. We asked to move. We looked at the second room and the window unit air conditioner was just sitting in the window! No panels on the sides to keep rain or bugs and birds out! Then the last room. Again the tv didn’t work we complained the desk girl told us she could try to get someone to fix it. But she basically told us it was probably just out in our room! We asked another desk girl the next day and we had maintenance come and give us a remote finally a tv for news. The sink wouldn’t drain. No place to put anything in the bathroom except the back of the toilet! We had to keep all our bathroom supplies on the table outside the bathroom. I’m assuming this was one of the more expensive room too because it had a slight view of the water. The hotel is old and outdated. The only good thing is it’s in a good spot. Everything is in walking distance. But there is no parking you have pay to use the garage up the street. So you have to unload all your stuff and hope the one cart they have is available.

No hot water, cold showers, horrible mattresses, noisy rooms/neighbors, and no wifi. No functioning TV. Pretty damn bad all around

No working TV, internet or hot water. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable as in the springs are almost poking through. It’s reasonably clean but that doesn’t outweigh the negatives

I absolutely loved it, but, its definitely not for those who want the fancy bells and whistles. If you appreciate history,and architecture, this beautiful boutique hotel is for you!

The toilets don't flush right amd backing up must be a common occurrence because the bathroom has a plunger in it (first time I ever saw that in a hotel). There is an old moldy smell in my room and throughout the hotel. It's THE HARDEST bed I have ever slept on ( my back was killing me after the second night) There are no amenities, and don't expect much help from the staff..... I had to wait about 30minutes at the front desk for help once and if u can't speak Spanish you won't get very far with help anyways so don't even try. Elevator lights were broke so you had to wait for the door to open to check the number in the hall to figure out what floor you were on. Room looked clean except for the fridge had other people's things in it..... I couldn't bring myself to trust it was scrubbed good at all. And if u an artist and into design, be prepared for odd colors that don't match well.... it's an awkward display of completely random colors all over the place.....the bath tiles didn't even match at all....just odd. If u like very old historical things this could be for u but I prefer up to date, functional and modern things so this is an experience I will never return to. And if you like the quiet, it's not available here..... you will hear car horns, loud music amd loud people ALL NIGHT LONG.
