訂的親子房，前台小微幫忙升級豪華親子房，一個單人床一個雙人床，可以拼一起。服務很好，第一次見到機器人服務，送水送用品都代勞了。親子房有帳篷，拼圖貼片等等。二層有個800平米的小童樂園，真是性價比超高，推薦過來。旁邊就是魚街，吃飯方便，幾分鐘就到了。贊贊贊

On the morning of April 27, the staff who helped us check out were a girl and a boy wearing glasses. They sent us to the door of the hotel and said goodbye to us warmly. What is unforgettable is not only the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake, but also the pleasant stay experience in the hotel.

趕在五一假期前來千島湖遊玩，人少，天氣也好，最滿意的是這次入住的酒店，房間非常滿意，管家小熊的服務非常貼心，為我們這次的完美的行程景上添花。

房間乾淨衞生，毗鄰千島湖，空氣清新，環境優美，早餐豐盛。前台吳惠君小姐服務的很貼心，也很周到，給她一個大大的贊👍。

房間整潔沒有異味，衞生間也很乾凈，酒店還有專門小朋友玩的樂園，很適合帶寶寶的家庭入住，管家小熊服務周到，認真負責

The hotel's amusement park is very large, but there are not many children playing because it is not a weekend. The swimming pool looks good, and it should be very lively during the summer vacation. The only suggestion is that it would be more perfect if the breakfast was richer. Of course, it is also good now, and it has everything it should have. In short, Novotel is a very comfortable and cost-effective choice for Qiandao Lake.

房間比較大，也很乾凈，裝修也不錯，但是沙發和椅子不行，設計不合理，使用不方便，居然使用過程中還有台階，建議重新設計更換，這樣才能提高酒店整體舒適度！

訂了家庭房，很不錯，適合帶長者和小朋友出遊，小微的貼心提示很到位，感謝！ PS，早餐和諾富特的標準有點距離吧，希望有提升
