Great hotel in the city!

I stay there because there kids playground and swimming pool, daughter of my fiance love it

Humble for service, need to be improve for time duration for servicing food from restaurant to room. Our experience last time need more than 1 hours

Clean hotel

Very happy, Baveu's dinner was delicious, especially the cake. Breakfast is also complete, plus holiday snacks with foam balls, really suitable for a fun holiday with the family here.

Very satisfied staying at the Aston hotel. Clean rooms, can watch films, foam parties, children's playground, various food and breakfast, complete amenities (but at that time there were no laundry bags). For the price I paid at that time, I think it's really worth it.

Ah, the best... an aesthetically efficient and comfortable staycation!! It's not cold enough that this city is Serang! All good. Favorite.

I was very disappointed and did not expect that a hotel like Aston's service would be so bad, charging payments which was not our fault. The staff made a mistake but avoided it. Go spo when receiving appropriate customers, don't defend yourself. For female employees, her name is Sofie, read the SPO carefully. Aston provides its employees with good training.
