Yeah, not walkable to any where, the map has been manipulated to show this place as much closer to town than it is. It's a really nice place, good value , friendly staff, but if you don't have wheels you can add a few hundred baht for tuktuks back and forth from town. Otherwise no complaints. Make sure you know how to explain where it is because the tuktuk drivers in town won't know.

I love this hotel . The style of the hotel like old fashion style the location is super good walk to central and UD mall only within 8 mins time by walk and so convinence to get food shopping and massage the only disadvantage the Parking lot is too small
If I will travel to udon again I will accommodate this place again

Back from Vientiane Waiting to board the plane back to the city the next day So I find accommodation near the airport, it's here. With the same, you can take it to reduce the flight ticket again, the room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the night is very quiet. I can't hear the sound of cars passing by even on the main road. The hotel looks ancient but not old and clean. The caretaker aunt looks strict. Not smiling and welcoming But provide good service as appropriate late Another day, check-out, 20 minutes walk to the airport, leisurely

I fully recommend Samrong Garden. My wife and son and wife's mother stayed in 2 rooms for 9 days. We value quiet and ease of access and a pool and good service. This hotel meets all. Bonus is the tropical feeling you have while in a big city. Easily could think an ocean lies just behind the villas. The cleaning ladies ride bicycles and wear custom thai hats and the rooms are cleaned well every day. There is a new Lotus within 50Metres and a decent BBQ restauarant right beside hotel. We visited UD town, USOTEL Waterland, and a nice coffee shop, all within 15min drive. The staff working in this place are very helpful and nice. Every little problem was solved immediately. Thanks again for a great stay (our 4th time now), and we'll see you all again next time we visit Udonthani.

I think is very good for it's price! I stayed many days, little old but is good, near Centralplaza and near UD town, in front of Nutty park. Great location good service and is quite cheap for being near CentralPlaza.

- New hotel in Udon Thani city The location is good. Located in the heart of the city, not difficult to find, there is plenty of parking.
- In front of the hotel at night there is a delicious soybean milk shop. And opposite the hotel there is a famous satellite noodle shop from Udon Thani.
- Affordable rooms In the morning, the hotel offers free coffee and snacks in the hotel lobby.
- Double room, booked in the Trip app, price approximately 820 baht per night.
- Family room for 3 people, booked in the Trip app, price approximately 950 baht per night.
- The room is very new, the bed is soft, the bed is comfortable, the room is spacious, the air conditioning is very cool. But the room doesn't keep much sound. People walking and talking in the corridor in front of the room could hear the sound very clearly.
- Bathroom has good water flow and has a water heater. You can take a shower easily.

Great location. Rooms very nice but need proper cleaning. Top shelf of our wardrobe full of dust and fluff. Obviously not cleaned in a long time. Breakfast very poor. Anything supposed to be hot wasn't. Cold sausages. Cold ham. Cold eggs. Disappointning.

GGuest UserIt’s quite far from airport, on the other side of airport vicinity do after having ridden about 5km , I stay on the room on ground floor with view of pool,the window cane looked thtilough do need blackout curtain. Room facilities are ok for stay with comforts, including electric kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, cloth closet,flatscreenedTV , highspeed wifi , instant coffee; one disadvantage is slippery floor, too high waterpower showerso the floor wet easily. Plenty of power oulets and USB ports for charging. Breakfast is served st the bar and restuarant at front buiding with eide selections of food. One plus is free shuttle from hotel to the airport, just inform tge front desk in advance.

JJMK_The_WandererThis was my second stay at this hotel. The standard rooms are basic, no frills, but a very good value. Included are wardrobe (with safe box), desk, large bed (average comfort), fridge, modern TV, small but functional bathroom, and a balcony with sink. There is no kettle in the standard room, but in the lobby they have a kettle and sell nescafe, quick noodles, water, beer, etc. Wifi was average, cut out a few times. Daytime staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! Location is outstanding, a short walk to Central Plaza and two night markets, and many food, bar, and massage options are steps away. There are washing machines in the car park area, which came in handy. It is true, as some have pointed out, that the loudspeakers (9AM-9PM) from Central Plaza are annoying, but with the door shut and AC on, it's a minor issue. I plan to return here for my next visit.

LLeiThe place is quiet and relaxing after your busy day. Good to know that it is convenient to a nearby market and a well known public park, just a walking distance to some of the city's tourist attractions. Over all, our stay in Udoncabana is all worthwhile.

Myself and my Thai wife have been using the Kavin Buri hotel now for over seven years, yes what other reviews say it is in need of a upgrade
But on a positive note the hotel is a great place to stay we have stayed at other hotels in the area but always enjoy our stay at the Kavin Buri.
The hotel is on a main road location is excellent everything you require on the doorstep the central shopping centre the night market and the UD all within a 5 to ten minutes walk,plenty of eateries and restaurant's and seven eleven supermarket across the road.
The hotel as WiFi which personally I found to work well it as a rooftop pool and bar and you can have dinner up there also which we ate there a couple of times, free airport transfers both ways and a great breakfast for a double room for £21 a night
Overall excellent location staff are very helpful and friendly would we stay again definitely,

Only took 20min by grab from airport caused 170baht as airport limousine service will easily cause 300baht. Hotel room big nicely furnished & decorated. Was surprised at such value pricing ironing board & safe box also provided. Only short coming is the safe box in my room was broken. There is also a open air balcony with small glass round table for smokers. Will definitely choose this hotel if I'm visiting Udon Thanni again.

KkhunsenalHave booked a room for 3 nights there. Me and my girfriend arrived at the hotel in the evening with heavy legs after long journey, then we walked in for check-in. The receptionist wasn't really pay attention at all. No eye contact when speaking to us. She told us that all rooms are fully booked and did not let us stay during that evening. How come?? The woman asked us to stay at the other hotel (UD residence sister hotel) and did not confirmed whether the room will be free the day after or not. We went to the other hotel as she asked us to do so. Moreover, the quality of the room was bad compared to what we've booked. Then the night was gone. We came back to UD Capital in the morning. Different receptionist this time. We asked about the room again. and what surprised me the most was that ”the room was free yesterday and how come they put you in different hotel?” she said. And I was thinkig to myself yeahhhh We are the one who should ask you this question. Finally, we gotten to stay at UD Capital for the rest of 2 nights left. I do understand that not everyone is going to be in the same situation as mine but I write this review just to help member of staffs in the evening time that service complaints is normal and and each one should be taken seriously for the sake of guests as front-desk is the face of the hotel. So my all in all experience with the hotel is bad. Not gonna go there again. However, the location was okay.

DdadebaFour of us shared a family room just for one night and we were really impressed. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but once you step inside it’s a different scene. Our room was really large with a magnificent king bed and two king singles. The bed was among the most comfortable I have enjoyed over the years. There was a large lounge to relax on as well as a big flat screen tv. Also tea and coffee facilities. We ordered room service for dinner and it was good quality food at a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two showers and two basins as well as one toilet. Well you wouldn’t want to go to the toilet as a couple would you? Our booking included free breakfast (no doubt added into the room price) but it was very good. A nice variety of dishes, Thai of course plus some western items. It is served near the outdoor pool in a nice relaxing environment. We also had a free shuttle to pick us up from the airport, about 10 minutes away, and we had no trouble finding our driver, who was extremely courteous and delivered all of our luggage direct to our room. The desk staff were also very friendly and obliging. Overall I was very pleased with our stay and honestly I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I will certainly stay here again.

UultimatemvgStayed here for 5 nights in February whilst visiting Udon Thani. The hotel and rooms are in good condition and the staff reception is friendly and helpful. Location wise it's only a short walk down the road to the shopping plaza area and also one more street along are lots of bars and restaurants. The area is safe fine to walk around at night. There is a large 7Eleven shop if you turn left and walk 100 yards down the road. Would stay here again.
