Having Turkish staff at the hotel was no problem for me at all. The room attendants were very kind and polite. The hotel breakfast was good. The only downside was that the toilet was outside the room, but since it was private, I had no issues whatsoever. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Cologne Central Station. In short, I was very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

I was happy with the hotel and the price. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good. It’s also quite central but the downside of this is that it’s a bit noisy.

On the last day of my 4-day European vacation, I had the opportunity to stay, it was simply perfect, I wish I had found it earlier. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The inside is very secure, you have to swipe your card at every door. I have stayed in many hotels, but I could not sleep comfortably like here or leave my bags and belongings safely in the others. It was a place like an attic, but it was a fun and good experience. There is no elevator, so you have to go up the stairs to the 4th floor.
