Nice hotel and service with a reasonable price, the restaurant is very beautiful. Great location. Ideal for Solo traveler

It was a place like an attic, but it was a fun and good experience. There is no elevator, so you have to go up the stairs to the 4th floor. At the time of check-in, a woman brought one suitcase up. thank you. Security is perfect because you can't enter without a card key to go up to the room on each floor! The bar had a very nice a**osphere, and breakfast was included, but there were about 10 kinds of ham, salami, sausage, yogurt, fruit, coffee, scrambled eggs, bread... it was very delicious. The TV is small but has a lot of channels and the water pressure in the shower is decent. There were two towels, slippers, an air conditioner, and water, a pot, tea, and coffee were provided. The linen is clean, there are no insects, etc., and it is very comfortable. However, I had to walk for about 10 minutes on cobblestones from the station, but the surrounding a**osphere was very good along the Rhine River. It was a great satisfaction.

Lovely place! Friendly staff, good food, good beer. Room was very small, but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is pretty standard. Several kinds of slices meats, breads, spreads, and granola. Eggs, bacon, sausage. Nothing superbly fancy.

Very Good location, staff very kind, close by heumarkt and the christmas market. Public transports are very close. U can also est in the restaurant and discover spécialities. Is also close dom, neumarkt. Typical ambiant inside. I liked à lot.

Close to Dom / Railway station / Beer museum / shopping streets / view to Rin , clean room, and a very good restaurant with an excellent coffee. Absolutely nothing to complain for a 3 start hotel; except maybe a problem of the city in that area, lately there are too many mice all over. Must go in restaurant even if you have another hotel . Date of stay: October 2023 but I was in 2014 / 2018 Room tip: second floor can be an advantage (noise related); A problem I still have...I did not receive the invoice (via e-mail) even I write them few times , I try to call but no answer.....and I really need it

Lovely restaurant in a fabulous setting on the Rhine. Always return for food here each time I visit Koln. Did not disappoint fourth time back. Delicious food and huge portions. Great service and such a cosy atmosphere.

This hotel is a gem. Clean and comfortable single room with everything I needed. In addition, my plane was so delayed I arrived in the middle of the night and I was welcomed and given help with my luggage. Very thankful. Must also mention the fabulous breakfast and convenient central location by the river. Would love to return.

Staff were friendly especially in the restaurant. The hotel is very well placed. Considering its location the room was surprisingly calm since it was possible to shut the windows with the air conditioning, except for the weekend when there is really a lot of people out. The room was not large but well designed for practicality. One negative point is that I pointed out that there was no hot water one morning and the reply was "I was not informed about it" which I did not find particularly helpful and then no hot water the next morning.

Wonderful view from the room, very spacious, and walking around the area was fantastic.

Great hotel in a really good location. Single room was pretty small but more than adequate. Good breakfast and great German restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Can highly recommend.
