Overall great experience, all though the room is small the layout has considered the limited space and it doesn’t feel too crowded. The interior feels very new and fresh. Location is great in a very cosy part of London. Only negative thing was the shower temperature could not be adjusted. Overall would come back and definitely recommend to stay here

Overall very good

The check-in was painfully slow. The elevator took forever to arrive and transport me to my floor and was large enough for only one person with limited bagage. My room was adjacent to the elevator and the clunks and bangs were set to disturb me all night. The bathroom was very small, as was the hand basin. There was a smell of mould in there too. In the shower, there was no hot water, which meant I was almost scolded in order to wash.

Room was clean and comfortable. We were in the basement so couldn't open windows due to the noisy air conditioning units outside, and would have preferred a view. Nevertheless, good value for money and very convenient for our trip to the Royal Albert Hall.

A rubber mat was not provided for the shower and the shower doors would not close properly. Room 206. I could not figure out the central heat. Didnt seem like the controls were working properly. Really lovely staff though.

Really lovely hotel in an ideal location for the Royal Albert Hall and museums. Plenty of restaurants nearby for food.

This hotel has been done up to a high standard, with comfy beds and very nice bathroom! I only stayed one night for work so didn't get to make the most of the hotel's fantastic location for sightseeing. It was very straightforward to find from the tube station. The room itself was small (I had a single bed) but fairly standard for London. My only issue was the lack of towels upon check in, but very quickly remedied!!

A solid choice for a stay in South Kensington. Staff very helpful, clean and up to date. Only odd thing was the bathroom door configuration. The hinges opened the wrong way (opened inwards instead of outwards. Would be very tricky or impossible for a large customer to squeeze in.

Excellent value: my tiny room under the stairs was tidy & the heated floor in the bathroom (all 6 square feet of it!) was a nice touch

I took the Single occupancy room and it was terrible. It’s not the size, which is tiny, but the very poor design. No where to hang a towel, no where to put a toothbrush, but the time you plug a charger, there is no place for your phone and glasses next to your bed. The bed is not comfortable and the curtains hang in your head. When I asked staff to change rooms, they didn’t even get back to me as promised

Stayed on a 3-night business trip. The hotel is superb, with spacious rooms and good amenities. The location is excellent and literally a stones throw from South Kensington tube station. Overall, very pleased with the hotel room itself. The only pitfall was the room above playing bass music until midnight. Not so much of a problem if it was lighter music, but of course this impacted sleep. Frustrating, as the hotel itself was very good and I would easily look to return (just hoping this time neighbours would share the same courtesy).

Room was fine but unbelievably noisy and the temperature control on the shower didn’t work.

Wonderful experience. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Very eager to help. The room itself was clean and nice. Small but nice ide definitely stay again if I come into London.

A very welcoming place to stay in London. Central and close to the Picadally Line but affordable!
