We stayed here for a night before an early morning flight from Cologne Airport. The hotel was exactly as expected, quiet and clean. The S-Bahn Station to airport and city are nearby and rung throughout the night. There are also several fast food restaurants nearby.

not up to the ibis standard, bathroom was very dirty with lots of hair from previous guests, the used to be light tiles were very dark, would need a high pressure water clean, everything in the room is very outdated, a renovation is clearly needed.
Staff is very friendly though

For this journey, Koeln was just a stop-in-between in a trip to and in Switzerland and Italy. It was a good place to stay. Unfortunately I had some trouble to find it (I am to stubborn to buy a navigation system!), even the second after an evenening walk across the Rhine and to see the impressive Hohenzollern rail bridge.

After about 5 years of being absent due to COVID and other business issues , it was great to be at this hotel again. Rooms have been modernized, beds are still of the same extremely comfotable quality. Sadly, the hotel does not have a restaurant anymore, but do offer some meals/snacks for the rooms. Other restaurant/fast food places are nearby. Hotel has a fantastic location, whether visiting businesses in the area, flying out of Cologne-Bonn airport or simply relaxing for a few days before a long drive as was the case for me. Rates are good. you know what you get with Ibis hotels. Will stay there again when in the area.

For what i needed it was ok. Check in was very good andbtge staff helpful.
Generally the room was clean and comfortable. It was the shower room that let it down. The joints in tge toilet and shower at the botoom had dirt or a dirt like stain. Nothingbthat cant be easily resolved!

Albergo Ibis situato in zona periferica, vicino all'aeroporto e ad una stazione della metropolitana di superficie. Stanze di medie dimensioni e ben organizzate, con un armadietto dotato di vari ripiani ed una grande scrivania. Pulizia non impeccabile (un lenzuolo leggermente macchiato). Bagno un po' piccolo, ma gestibile e con doccia abbastanza ampia. Il letto matrimoniale ha le lenzuola separate (non il massimo della comodità). Colazione molto abbondante, con prevalenza di salato ma anche con qualche buona torta. Servizio gentile e disponibile. C'è anche un parcheggio privato all'aperto a 12 euro al giorno. Prezzi leggermente alti.
