The hotel is located high above Cordoba. The photos show the hotel from the outside, the hotel from the pool, and the city from the balcony.

The room is large and has a British style. It has a small courtyard and you can see the city night view. It is beautiful and the accommodation is comfortable. Although it is far from the city, it can be reached by bus.

All perfect. It keeps the 80's parador a**osphere. Which we like. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the beds. The attentive staff. Of course, the restoration has lowered the level of years ago.

Location is a little far out, we like to walk but was an hour to the Mesquita and access to parking in the centre and cost meant taxis are a must. On our arrival and during our visit the reception staff were brusque and not welcoming. Had an evening meal on the terrace, delicious food but seemed to be a lack of staff.

On arrival you are greeted by lovely staff and a wonderful view. The hotel with its pool and grounds are lovely and are a relaxing haven if that is what you seek. The terrace is a lovely plac3 to sit and have a drink looking out over the city in the distance. The food is good if a little international hotel if you know what I mean. There is nothing wrong with the hotel the staff or the food but we like to wander in the city at night to sample it’s nightlife and get a feel for it and this hotel is a little to far from the centre to make that comfortable

Stayed at the Paradores in Cordoba whilst touring Andalucia. Lovely hotel in a good location with a nice restaurant and refreshing outdoor swimming pool. Our room was massive with a lovely view of the gardens.

A very nice Hotel with a lovely pool a short distance from the centre. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I was pleased to see a kettle in the room but they only provide one English tea bag per day so if you like tea bring your own. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty with a wide selection of options. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony before heading back into the city for dinner. The receptionist kindly organised a taxi each day which arrived within a few minutes and cost around ten euros each way. We walked into town on our first evening and it was just a bit too far to walk in my opinion.

Good location on edge of city which is easily reached by car, taxi, bus. Open, airy public spaces & excellent outdoor facilities for swimming/sport.

We stayed in the hotel for four nights in mid-May. The hotel us very pleasantly located in the outskirts of the city, and it has large landscaped grounds. The rooms are large and airy and the service was excellent. We particularly enjoyed taking early light dinners in the terrace overlooking the hotel grounds.

Great location, super staff in check-in, restaurant and bar, very convenient for taxi into the city. Sadly the parador let down by the food in the restaurant - see comments below. Bar food very tasty.. Super room facing the city and overlooking beautiful gardens and great pool used by one of us.. Comfortable beds and room facilities, but no info about room service ?
Response from Property: Dear Customer Thank you very much for your comments, room service info is in a QR code both in the room and at reception in all Paradores. All the best.

This is a modern hotel with large comfortable rooms and pleasantly old fashioned service. It is located in an upmarket residential area and as there were no restaurants in walking distance, we took our evening meals in the hotel - first in the restaurant and then on the bar terrace. Breakfast was standard Parador fare - i.e. substantial. We liked the terrace very much for drinks, and perhaps had a little too much sangria. Ming ordered a G&T. When it was poured at the table the waitress just kept pouring. He did not realise he was supposed to say stop. He received an exceedingly generous measure.
Response from Property: Dear customers Thank you very much for your comments. All the best.

I have stayed in about 10 paradors over 3 visits to Spain. The Cordoba Parador was by far the worst. The food is okay. The service varies from average to just awful. My first breakfast, the wait staff gave a teapot with tea and cold water. On the last day, I could not even get anyone to respond. My wife arrived about 25 minutes after me and was shocked when I explained what was going on. She refused to tolerate the stupidity. We never complain to a supervisor without first letting the staff know. When she told the waiter how ridiculous she had behaved, the ****** doubled down. She stated her colleague had helped us because she only took me to the table and never responded. We elected to complain and asked to speak to General Manager. He was tied up and not available. The reception people were appropriately troubled and embarrassed and could not stop apologizing, However, the damage was done. The General Manager never responded but I received a request for a review. I provided it. The GM replied with a 2 line form letter stating he was sure that the issue was fixable and hoped to welcome me back to the parador. Clearly, the GM like his wait staff is not the brightest bulb. The parador itself is ‘meh’. It is located far from the mosque and the old city. It costs on average 9-11 euros by taxi to get there. The rooms are okay but rundown. The door frame on the bathroom had spit in ours and there was mold. So, no I will not be revisiting the Cordoba/Arruzafa parador. Will I revisit Spain and/ or stay in a parador? …I love history and antiquities. Spain is of interest. We were very impressed with the Parador in Granada. It is easily the most professional staff we have seen in any Parador. So yes I will give other paradores and Spain another go. Spain is a notoriously ****** country. I would argue that Italy is no different and France continues its dissent. If you are a mixed race person travelling to Europe, you take this into account. I simply will not allow racism to stop me from exploring things of interest. If anything, I tend to feel sorry for the ignorance of ******s. They just seem so pathetic insisting on demeaning others to feel better about themselves.

Beautiful gardens and views. We had a balcony with a table and chairs so nice to sit on.
