Nice location.

I enjoyed everything about it thank you so much for the stay

The hotel was plain and just okay but they threw away my child’s baby blanket; we accidentally left it in the room and called to try to retrieve it that same day but they’d already gotten rid of it…

We were surprised to see it was so dated. Construction was going in the hotel during our stay. The shower leaked lot of water around the tub and our entry key had to keep getting reactivated.

It’s in a great location, the room was really clean and well equipped. Overall it was a perfect stay!

The group that checked me in and out were wonderful and perfect. Oddly enough the wifi would not work for me. No biggie there though its 2024. The floor in the bathroom felt a bit weak like it was going to collapse and the tile was loose right in front of the toliet. It was an old water bottle in the elevator that was there in the corner for over a day. But the inside seems to be old needs to be updated and remolded. Outside of that it was cool. No major complaints

First off they have amazing And fast service. clean beds and bathrooms. And a pretty good complimentary breakfast. Definitely will stay here again

The only critics was that we had to ask for the room to be serviced, they said they were short of staff, but forgot to mention this on checking in, that we would need to request that the room needed servicing.

The property itself is okay, they don’t have any double Queen beds, and the room looked NOTHING like the picture, it was way outdated. But it was clean. Whoever the lady is that runs it at night was unbelievably slow and rude. I stood at the front for 15 minutes waiting for her and check in took another 10 minutes, that was almost thirty minutes just to check in. I came here before when it was different management and it was way better, updated and cleaner. That was three years ago. Smh.

The floor I stayed on reeked of ****. It was like a Rasta band was down the hall. Other than that, it was great.

The property is conveniently located on I-35, clean and people at the front desk and breakfast area were very nice & helpful. Even though the rooms have been renovated, there are still a few things that need update (chair with broken upholstery)

Room was adequate. No problems with staff, cleanliness or room. Our room faced the conference center and the kennel noise was only able to be heard with the window open. Wasn’t an issue for me or my sister

Window was cracked and I could hear hwy traffic. Not enough help for breakfast only 1 person doing it all. Front desk left unattended for long period of time the elevator was out of service for 10 minutes on second day of stay. The good part is the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I only stayed 2 days

Found a roach in my bathroom, and the furniture and carpet were dirty.
